And my prediction is right! Lol. I assume that all those scandal happened is in fact for hiding SM tax-fraud news. And I looked into past scandals, and I also find Tiffany’s scandal “weird”. Let me analyze this one.

1. Photo Analysis.

So the news said that they were together dating at the restaurant. Why their photo didn't even in the same frame? It looks like they walking separately. Why are you looking at the camera Tiff? You know someone will take your pic right haha. And IF they dating, why no hiding? no mask, no hat, nothing. Why no act like Yoona or Sooyung using disguise like them? Again they didn't even using the same car. 

Tiffany using white car, while nichkhun using his own car. Why not using one car together? they're dating right? haha. and again, Tiff lookin at the camera. Say hi Tiff! ^^ and I wondered, is there any pic of them together BTS? In the same frame? I know about the disney thing and it's photoshopped, I've done my own analysis usind Error Level Analysis. 

White part indicated that the image is highly modified. It means that it comes from separates picture. lol. And this picture even made into news, why try hard? lol. And I assume that this KF things is just a smoked screen to cover up Hyo scandal, which is more dangerous for the company. Why? bacause it involve police investigation. 

And I dig more information regarding SM and JYP. I found article from last year http://www.kpopstarz.com/articles/27610/20130514/jyp-entertainment-subcontractor-scandal.htm, I quoted "JYP scandal involving subscontractors. According to an MBC news report, the subcontractors who produced the items claim that due to poor sales, they were stuck with excess product and forced to foot the bill. They also said that due to copyright laws, they were unable to peddle the items themselves causing a rather severe financial burden.". And it impacting JYP stock and profit due loss money, also JYP suffered deficit they didn't get much profit last year even after 2PM album released. 

take note, earlier this year, SM also caught in tax-fraud, here's the article -> http://www.businesskorea.co.kr/article/3763/tax-investigation-sm-entertainment-under-probe-did-they-surf-too-far-back-hallyu and it vanished immediately. not long after that, Tiff scandal came out. So here's my assumption:

1. JYP and SM made a pact, they created scandal to increase popularity to help both company increase their stock price after the loss. The reason is to divert media attention from the more serious news that can affect company's image. Then I looked at heir stock price at that time. I saw in April, JYP stock increased significantly while SM also increased but not as high as JYP. So the scandal act as media sensation, to cover up from SM serious Tax scandal and also to help JYP boost their stock price. Win win solution for both company. Why using Tiff and Khun? Because they already have dating rumors before, it easier to make it into reality. And of course fans would believe it immediately right. 

Company image is more important than their artists, tbh their artist dating scandal won't affect company image it's different when it involve laws. Investor will be scared and it will impact to company's stock price and share. I come out with another assumption:

2. Taeyeon and Baekhyun scandal is fabricated, as I already wrote it before. The reason is SM loss to Kris, they have to pay alot amount of money and of course this loss could impact investor and company. And SM have to gain its 6,5% loss and do anything to increase their stock price, and it's right, SM stock price increase after the scandal. lol.

I don't know what kind of deal Tiffany and Taeyeon have with the company. They might be asked to do so. Maybe it such a bargain to cover up something related to Taeyeon and Tiffany. This is my opinion from different perspective tho. I'm just curious and try to looked into it from different point of view.
