Hey guys I have a question....is it normal for dogs to be clingy....ah yes Chili is my first dog since my last dog died but she wasn't mine she was momas.....and so It's odd for me...like...if mom gives him a treat he watches me the whole time and his body faces me.....he always listens to me over mom...and also he doesn't bark at me or if I'm around....but he will bark with moma....I just don't understand why and if it storms and I watch behind the screen door and I sit he will sit and in my lap LOL or some of him in my lap he is too big.....and like right now his is on my hip..as he is laying and I'm sitting on the couch.  so thanks soo much if anyone answers or helps
