tbh, it depends on the writer perspective.. but i'm 100% sure that every article, story, or everything about writing stuff have silent readers..

Personally, I think silent readers are fine. I know that I have a ton of silent readers, and I'm a silent reader myself. I know that some people feel dejected over the fact that silent readers don't comment or speak up, but I'm just happy to know that they read my story. :)
