Chinese New Year

Kung Hee Fat Choi! That means happy new year in Chinese. This year is 'year of the hare.' or rabbit :3... it changes every year and after 12 years, it will be the same. I know this because I'm half Chinese! I found this article and wanted to share it with you:

Born in 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011 Those born under this sign are affectionate, talented, obliging, always pleasant, valuing security and tranquility. They have a tendency to get too sentimental and superficial and to avoid conflict and emotional involvement. Being cautious and conservative, they usually take no risk and are successful in business. They would also make a good lawyer, diplomat, or actor. Their best life partners are Sheep or Pigs instead of Roosters.

Yup... Later, I'm going to my grandmothers to eat traditional Chinese food, maybe I can upload a few pictures. Today, you are supposed to wear red close as good luck, or new close so tha the evil spirits can't find you. I hope everyone has a good Chines New Year, hopping to succes, health & happiness!

Lunar new year and chinese new year are pretty much the same... they both happen on the first new moon of the year
