Joomin is the youngest of three children; she has one older brother and one older sister. Her oppa is a surgeon, her unnie is a model, her mother is lawyer, and her father is a chef with his own resturaunt. Unfortunately, Joomin was the odd one out- she didn't have her sister's good looks, her mother and brother's knowledge, or her father's talent. What was she to do? After studying so hard like she had seen her family do so many times, she still didn't recieve the best grades. It upset her parents, they expected so much out of her, but she couldn't give them anything in return. Joomin once considered running away with her family's money- but she didn't have the heart do so.

Her father's mother was a Japanese woman while the rest of her family was Korean, therefore when her parents were busy, she would take care of her and teach her basic Japanese. When Joomin spent time with her grandmother, she would often ask her what she wanted to be when she was grown and she replied the same answer everytime,'a spy'. When she told her parents, they merely laughed at her and said to be more realistic. Of course, it crushed her heart, but only encouraged her to work harder throughout the years.

Even when she arrived to high school, she didn't give up her dream of becoming a spy- when she told others about it, they would still laugh or think she was being sarcastic. She didn't mind though, she was going to become one- somehow. Amongst one of the first days of high school, she got off at the wrong train station and found herself infront of some hidden gates. She was curious and decided to press the large button that just screamed 'PUSH ME, PUSH ME'. When she did so, she fell about 10 feet onto a soft cushion and was mistaken for another agent.

Unfortunately for the academy, they had no choice but to force her into the academy's system. She already found out about the school's system and it was just her luck that it was her DREAM to become a spy. It was also very fortunate that she ended up there before the new school year could even start. Joomin believes it was fate that this happened. At 7 years old, she was upset to be leaving Osaka, but she is more grateful than ever now!

A letter was sent home and within three days, she was moving into her dorm room. Her parents didn't really give her their opinion on this choice of education, but they were thankful she was actually doing something productive with her life. They were afraid she would just live off their money and stay home 24/7. Her parents didn't even catch the part where Joomin was actually living her life dream.

Jang Joomin is quite the excitable one, she's always excited for any upcoming tests and ready to show off what she's learned- even if she hasn't completely mastered the actual skill. She studies and practices day and night to improve her skills, but doesn't get very far. Joomin may not earn the best results, but she's willing to try and try again, using her own blood, sweat, and tears.

The amount of self-control Joomin has is incredible. If she tells herself, she will not cry in front of anyone or if she will not eat that brownie due to the strict diet- her mind and body obey like slaves. Her mental self-control is amazing, but her physical status is not that great. She will practice so hard that she's near the point of fatigue, which isn't that hard, due to her weak body type. When her body is on the verge of giving up, her mind is convinced that it must continue.

She is harsh on herself when it comes to training and studying, but when simply taking a walk, she can trip over a dustbunny and manage to gain some type of minor injury. Clumsy at it's best. Even on her way to class, her binders and books will simply wiggle out of her grasp and spill onto the floor in a complete mess.

When she hears jokes and gossip about her in the halls, it may seem that she pays no attention to it and that she uses it to prove everyone wrong, but inside it hurts- even just the slightest bit. Of course, being at an international spy academy where your life is practically on the line, she does her best to keep her emotions and tears as hidden as possible.

Her whole life has been dedicated to working hard, therefore she has no experience with boys and 'crushes' and love. She barely had time for friends, so she was awkward when it came to social interaction. Joomin reminded herself that friends would only distract her, as if she wasn't distracted enough just being herself.

When she is corrected by an authority, she does her best to take mental notes and leave the demeaning comments about them being rude behind. There was no time to hate or dislike a teacher because she couldnt' do a certain task right.

PERSONALITY.
J-Hope is a smart aleck, who really does know almost everything and is a beast in anything invlolving athletics. He's a little bit of a Casonova, and uses it as connections to find out about any gossip swimming around the academy. But he can be on the stubborn side when he's proved wrong and don't even get me started on his temper. The moment you mention anything about his legendary spy brother or even dare to start a fight or arguement with him, he will personally make you feel such pain that you may even forget your own name. Yes, he may get a bit violent if you provoke the guy. And like most men, he likes his alcohol and most can say he has a good tolerance, but one too many can overexagerate his emotions by  a million. At one time, he may seem like such a sweetie with too much aegyo and another time, he may be crying his soul out, and like every hot-blooded man, he gets those urges- if you catch my drift.

Though he may seem like a conceited jerk at first, you come to realize that he can be a gentleman in the most perfect times. He will help anyone in need, but if he ever finds out you have lied to him or cheated him out, his behavior can change within a milisecond.

INTERACTIONS / MEETING.

The two meet on the first day of school when she is seen dropping a few of her books in the hallway. Of course, showing his gentleman side- he helps the lady, not forgetting to show off his charming smile. From the lack of boy interaction, she simply brushes it off, unfazed, leaving with a thank you. He wonders why she didn't swoon, but continues with his day anyways, without a second thought.

After noticing eachother in class, he notices her poor skills and offers to help her. She accepts it, but still can't seem to figure out the technique and of course- they end up in a compromising position and for the first time, Joomin feels her chest beating irregularly. Soon enough, he is assigned to be her personal tutor and trainer for the rest of the semester. Though he notices her hardwork, he notes that it may become impossible for her to become a spy or detective of her skills don't improve. Somehow, he learns to have faith in her and watch her grow.
