"BIG" Problem

So I'm here needing your help my friends. This whole summer I gained weight. 

 

So can I get advice on how to lose weight in just 1 week? 

 

School's starting soon and my uniform is small to me already. so please help me...pretty please with cherry on top.

This is a "big" problem okay? So please help me, resist food and exercise more. Which I can't do so, I think I need motivation too.

Hi. This is actually my problem too. LOL. :))) But anyways, about losing weight in just a week- it's crash diet and it's not really good for your health. The tendency is that you would also gain weight easily after losing too much weight with a crash diet. </3

This is my diet menu and I could lose almost 10kg in 3 weeks. Hope it helps.

In the first week, make sure you eat enough like you do everyday but drink one cup of coffee or lemonade or tea/matcha (remember it must be SUGARFREE) after every meal. Please note that you have to add a deal of honey if you drink lemonade in the morning and don't drink at night because the acid isn't good for stomach while sleeping.

In the second week, I ate a lot of tomatoes and apples instead of junk food. You should eat the breakfast as usual but only eat fruits (except bananas) for lunch and dinner. Sugarfree fresh milk is needed, too ^^ If possible, heat it up before drinking ^^

In the third week, THIS IS THE MOST TOUGH WEEK REALLY, oats starch only!! You can use oatmeals with milk or make a pie with matcha or coffee. It tastes not so good but it's good for both your skin and weight ^^

I didn't bother to do any exercise really!! My thighs got smaller and my jeans size dropped to 25 now!! Yehet!! :3

its depend on how much you wanna lose your weight..

in 1 week, not really losing it actually (it's really temporarily and its not a good method)

well it depend on your body, everyone have different type of body. i'm with easy gaining hard losing, and my friend is opposite, and my sister is hard gaining and losing.
