Have you guys heard about Kris!??!?!?

He filed a lawsuit against SM and wants his contract terminated!! He doesn't want to be our duizhang Kris! I learnt about it this morning!

So for the people who don't know:

Kris (or Wu YiFan now that he is against SM) filed a lawsuit against SM to have his contract terminated because they were treating him as an object used for money instead of an entertainer. He hired the lawyer that Hangeng used because it's sort of the same case. Apparently they are in the court TODAY! Suho called his actions irresponsible and he wasn't thinking of EXO and he was thinking of himself because no one else in EXO had problems with the company. 

People say the the members are unfollowing him on Instagram too but don't forget that SM practically controls their social network accounts. They have to ask the company to post things or do things in Instagram first. I'm totally on Kris's side but I agree with Suho too. 

Kris has the tendency to think about himself. There were also rumours of him running away from EXO to Canada before the release of Wolf which made the comeback delayed. Suho is like angry at him. When they were receiving the award he said something about 'thinking of others instead of ourselves' which was referencing Kris.

my little selfish self hopes that he loses the case and stays in EXO. Suho said that the right thing for Kris to do is to take back the lawsuit. OMG, this is really happening! NOOO! But I'm with Kris against SM. I hope that SM negotiates with Kris and gives their idols proper care. 

I can't help but think that Kris has the upper hand to winning because this happened to SM two times before. I don't want him to leaveeee! EVERYONE, SEND HIM YOUR FAN LETTERS TELLING HIM NOT TO GO!!!

I'll castrate him if he goes. Selfish duizhang.

Sorry, all the things Suho said and Tao posted were under the influence of SM Entertainment because they practically own the members' accounts. therefore the 'unfollowing' of Kris is also under SM's doing. How desperate.
