There are a lot of high tensions right now and not everyone knows what to believe. We can't all jump to conclusions, siding with one party or another. It is true that SM gave Kris the contract and he signed it. That's a fact. Him wanting to annul his contract with SM right now is also a fact. However, we as the fans have no idea what is really going on. Neither side should start jumping to conclusions or letting their emotions get the better of them. We all have our reasons for doing things. All the best to EXO and Kris.
Well after what happened to JYJ and Hangeng, I am not surprised with this news. Hopefully the extreme hardcore sm stans won't hate Kris, like most hate Hangeng and JYJ. Also I again see some EXO members unfollowing Kris and all, but I hope they are forced to do that to Kris (Hopefully joining Homin in the blame game). HERE , I prefer SJ's strategy. They took the blame upon themselves instead of blaming games and maybe that is why not many elfs hate SJ unlike a large amount of Homin fans blame JYJ and vice -versa. Hopefully, Kris won't have much haters and maybe he can built a far better career in China, like Hangeng

I know fans are angry, but how it is totally SM's fault? A contract requires two parties to come to a certain agreement. The boy had agreed to what SM had put on the table, he duly signed it and how he chooses to back off. I have to say it's a total unprofessional attitude from the boy.
I would not be surprised if SM chooses to file a countersuit against Kris. It's only natural because they have the rights to do so.
But having said all that, I respect Kris' decision. He may have felt cheated, disappointed with the company's treatment towards him.
Gosh, upcoming idols should really pay attention to all the clauses in their contracts. Their management company have 'invested' millions for their growth, the company will want to see the projected profits post debut.
Idols have to work and work and work until they have repaid the amount the management company have poured into their development. I can only imagine the amount involved - years of training, promotional matters, appointment of musicians and lyricists for their songs... that is why some idols are tied up for more than 5 to 7 years.
I hope both SM and Kris can settle this amicably. No point for SM re-inforce the contract and recall Kris, if Kris already made it clear he wants to nullify his contract. Release him, and then agree to a reasonable breach of contract compensation amount. I pity the fans and the rest of the boys though, they'll be wondering what will happen to EXO after all this legal tangle.
Fans have to be ready, Kris' act of rebellion may also trigger another EXO member to do the same.

It's happening again. Well, i'm not really surprise. But the only thing I'm kinda disappointed is because other member acts so straight forward about it. I kinda hope it's SM strategy, not the boys. But I really respect Kris' decision :) Though I really don't want him to go :(
I saw tht already and no matter how many times I read it, it all points to SM. It's the damn company and the people who control it that cause my TVXQ oppas to split and super junior and now EXO. I hope that damn company fails or get new people. If the company fails, I hope the groups sign with better compNies even if they have to start over. Fans will still follow them. I respect Kris's decision to leave the company but what I don't agree with is him keeping it a down low from s. He should've warned them or let them know his decision. Otherwise the members feel betrayed and angry at him like now.
This is so heartbreaking to see, I wonder why this is happening. Either way, I still support Kris and his decision even though it won't be the same if he leaves :/
This is really sad to see... I've been angry about it all day, and couldn't really do my work properly because of this during school hours. I hoped this to be rumors, but now I don't know which side to take. Definitely not SM's. I'm waiting for Kris' explanation to all this, also SM's confirmation about the lawsuit, and their thoughts on it. Other than that, Galaxy-oppa, FIGHTING!
