Well this a shocking yet sad news to fans. But many articles state that Kris has filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment.

I'm not so surprised anymore with SM since they are proven to be mistreating their artists to be as mere objects or possession. It is spread today that Kris's case is the same as Hangeng's of SuJu in 2009 and as well as the previous members of DBSK - JYJ. 

Kris is said to be in an unequal terms with SM regarding his contract in the agency. SM doesn't ask about Kris concerns regarding his schedule and not caring for his health. The company seems to be deciding on the artist's activities one-sidedly, therefore, elimintating Kris's human rights & freedom which leads to nullifying his exclusice contract.

This was first spread by the Chinese Media. But having no lawsuits filed until today, SM denied that there is an issue between them and their artist. The Korean Media has revealed that there is a lawsuit filed against SM under Kris's Chinese name just today in the court. There is no process yet simce it was just recently received. Adding to the news, Kris will be having the same lawyer who handled Hangeng and JYJ's case in the past years and won the case.

Like I said, this is no shocking news about SM but I am surprised for Kris to leave EXO. This is just so sudden news... Just when I'm getting to be fond of EXO, including the members individually. In my opinion, SM should change the way they treat their artists. I'm afraid that many artists and/or groups disband under this. Will they wait until the company's name and image to be ruined? But most likely, that won't happen. SM is a strong label. It's a long way to bring them down. Some will do say that this is just what fame would get you. If you want fame, then you have to bear the weight of its consequences. It's just the positive & negative aspects of life. For every good, there is bad. Yeah, probably this is what you have to pay for the career & success SM and other companies have given you.

I just worry if the other EXO members also experience this way, and if Kris is the only one who stood up for his rights. EXO won't be the same if this is the reality and if Kris does leave. I also worry if the other artists experience this as well. Many more groups to disband and many other people leave the company. I guess that's life. And I'm positive that some of you also think the same way.

Life really is no fairy-tale. The world is corrupted from the start. Don't be fooled by the sweetness of things. Since there is a sure witch waiting for you.
