This rumour is fuelled mainly by AKP articles and have proven to not be true, but the truth is instead:
2. Kris filed a lawsuit for SM to RELOOK the terms in his contract e.g. pay
This is the more convincing perspective cos many Korean news reported as such, probably rumour 1 emerged cos things got lost in translation

So don't worry too much cos things should be quite fine don't overstress

If it's about Kris...I don't really know if it's true or it's true but I don't want to believe it...Kris filed a lawsuit like Super junior's Hangeng to SMent, because of some problem in SM. I don't know if it's about money or something. But every EXO fan is Sad right now. and based on Chanyeol and Sehun's instaupdate...maybe it's really true ;~; HOPE THIS HELPS
