I get it, it's hard being an idol. With stalkers and creeps for fans as well as a hellish schedule, it's probably a ty life. But to be honest, Kris isn't one of the first idols. He's not even part of the first generation of KPOP idols. He should have seen it all coming, especially since he's trained in that company for who knows how long.

However, it's his choice. If he wants to leave EXO in one of the most vulnerable moments in their career, it's his choice. No one is really stopping him.

Have a nice life.

Yeah, but who knows what it was he expected or what SM promised him in the first place. In the end, seems only right for him to leave if he's not satisfied with the results of what SM delivered. Others would probably leave too but don't have the balls to do it. Some other artists don't even have it that bad and have companies that give them breaks. The other bad ones that don't like DSP or CM, the idols within those companies are too scared to leave the comfort of what they have despite hating it. Look at Nicole and Jiyoung. As soon as their contracts expired they said bye, but originally they filed a lawsuit to leave. If SM comes to a compromise with Kris, which I highly doubt because they're a piece of company that doesn't believe in compromise, then there's nothing to worry about.
