Author Questions from -Tigress-

Stolen from StarlightSpirit

1. What is your favorite story of yours and why?

It's Limited and 10 Ways To Break His Heart. Limited is mostly composed of HunHan and it's my first (and maybe last) OTP fic. 10WTBHH is a personal favorite since it's my first time using my UB Lee Sungyeol and I wanted to do it for so long.

2. What is your LEAST favorite of yours and why?

A Night Before Prom. It's a Suho fic when I was blindly in love with him but now I regret writing the fic but I don't want to delete it either. my first crack-fic and it was a little...meh.

3. What character of your writing do you most identitfy with?

Junhee from Deception (I used her for The Sound of Winter because my friend likes the name). Y'know, walking around saying you're fine but you're not and sometimes you want to give up but not the abused by Kai part. That was...challenging to write for me since I write either dramas or fics with rainbows and sunshines.

4. What completed story did you have moments where you thought you would abandon it?

Probably 'Lovely Secret'. I stopped shipping MyungYeon back then but I couldn't do it because of the subs. And putting Luhan there is just plain wrong. I'm sorry subbers. Aaaand it got a little crappy at the end so I'm sorry again subs.

5. When did you really get into writing?

I started when I saw Fairy Tail and when I got in to anime back then. Fan fics rushed in and I loved reading published romance stuff so yes. It made my vocabulary wider and it made my imagination soar like madness. It also made me addicted to romance and tragic stuff.

6. Why did you start writing fanfiction?

2009 or 2010.

7. Who are your favorite published authors?

The authors of the books I've read.. Kristin Cashore, because Graceling is the best and I cried a million times when I found out Po was blind , Julie Kagawa, because darn Puck is one oathetic guy and I love him. He's got the second male lead syndrome lol , J.K. Rowling,  Harry Potter is a fking classic, Rick Riordan, though he's a troll and I want to strangle him and force him to release the book now,and I'm having doubts if I like Suzanne Collins lol.

8. What is your favorite genre to read? (both fanfics and published)

Tragic love stories. I love those but I like fluff and dramas too. Fluff has certain standards though. Like there's a fine line between a fanfic and a qualityfic lol.

9. What is your favorite genre to write?

Sad romance. I'm not near good but I'm working on it. Fluff is a close one but I find myself cringing when I write cheesy words so it turns to a serious dramatic way which brings us back to sad tragic romance.

10. What drives you the most to continue writing?

Comments. I don't get a lot of comments and I get like 4-10 comments for a finsihed fic...It's agonizing but seeing the subs soothes it a LITTLE. You hear that subs? A little.

11. What pairing do you love to write? And what pairing can you not write??

I can't write a decent OTP T_T. For my Limited, I wrote it as LuhanXOC then I changed the name because I wanted to see if it would fit. It got lots of love so I'm thankful. I want to write DaeJae too but I'm still hesitating. Maybe in the future then.

I can't write MyungYeol. OH for the love of gods no. I mean I really really love them. They're my UBs but when I write MyungYeol I want to burst out and cry.

12. Do you have someone you see as your muse or inspiration?

Nope. Usually when I watch varieties and stuff and idols says these random serious quotes, it cinks right in. I'd have to control stuff so I won't end up with a million chaptered fic that I couldn' finish.

13. What aspect of your writing are you most comfortable in? (i.e. for me it's my scenes)

Dialogues. I at those. Maybe because I'm not a social butterfly soI don't know what to say in this particular scenes but then when I write it gushes right through me. It's a Grace! Lol no I just find words soothing thus I want to write the words for them in a way that if a reader sees that scenes and relates to character, it would be light and comfortable.

14. And what aspect are you least comfortable in? (i.e. for me it's my dialogue)

and cheesy lines. Like, they're of the same level. I can't even picture myself writing . I read those and I have an idea on how these things flow but I couldn't write those, same for cheesy love lines. Because I'm a bitter creature.

15. Do you write outlines for your stories or just go with the flow of inspiration?

I actually really really plan a fic down to the details ad sometimes even write it down. But then I lose a paper or I get super lazy that I just write and let my fingers dance throught it you know 'namsayin? Especially dramatic scenes, sometimes I even cry during those times and I find it weird but it was worth it when I see the comments.
