Personality :  Raewon is very peculiar , you could say . At first glance , you would call him cold and to be honest , he is very col , no lie about that . He isnb't those ones that just appear cold--he is just one of those cold hearted rare kids nowadays that not many people get to see or hear from . He's eyes hold no soul or anything and he rarely smiles , he gives out this bad boy charm and in a way , thats what won him his fans , it also made critics think how on earth had he become the leader with that attitude ? 

However , as Janus debuted , you got to see that even with his cold attitude , he has this warm side to it , he's very brothly and the members respect him . He is very serious about his work and if the members do one mistake , Raewon wont be scared to punish the boys , punish  meaning  he'd send them over to the CEO or he'd make them do the step at least 100x . 

Thats the side that only the the fans got to see slightly , but it all changed once he actually started talking , his words are very straight forward and he isn't afraid to voice his opinions out , one of hte reason he is the leader , He turns out to be a variety twin of Key with his attitude and his remarks , so although he is a cold guy , there is that 'different' side to him that not many people get to see often . 

Background : Raewon was born to a Japanese model with the name of Rina Nakahara and a Korean tae Kwon Do champion and coach , Kim Dong won , With his influential parents , it is quite obvious that Raewon has lived a normal life with a few sparks of luxary .  He's mother had sent him to London to study at the of 5 in a boarding school , and after 8 years he returned to korea , to be reunited with his family , back in boarding school he fell in love with music and chose to study that as a main subject , so he taught himself how to play the piano , drums and guitars as well as dancing . At the age of 13 he was scouted to be in SM entertainment and had trained with many of the idols that are now famous .  He's parents were slightly annoyed at his choice of career as he is the only son , but they began to just go with teh flow .
