Hi guys, i'll just get straight to the point. I really really need your help for my writings. I decided to write about things i love and part of my daily routine so it would be easier for me, so fanfiction it is. I need fanfiction readers/authors respondents for my questions and i know the best places i could get the answers from are Asianfanfics and Tumblr, because i dont have any tumblr account (probably i'll make one soon, but not now) i'll just ask you guys here, hehe.

So, here's the questions (numbered answers would be prefered):

1. What is your definition of fanfiction?

2. How did you get into fanfiction?

3. What do you think about fanfiction back then and now? (e.g "i used to think that fanfictions are no different than any other novels, but now i think it's more of a way fans could express their imagination in either amateur or professional writing" or else.)

4. What kind of genre you like?

5. What kind of fanfiction you read? (About famous person/group/ band, tv series/dramas, movies, etc.)

6. What do you feel when you read fanfictions? (e.g "it depends on what genre" or "i'm really giddy when i get updates" or else.)

6. Does fanfiction change your way of thinking?

7. Does fanfiction makes you treat anyone in your real life any different? (e.g "i think i'm much less jugdemental now" or "no, nothing's different", or else.)

8. Do you think fanfiction is good or bad?

9. What do you think about plagiarisme?

10. Are you an author or a reader? Please explain why.

So, do you guys mind to lend me your thoughts and write your answers down the comment box here, pretty much please? Your help means a lot to me.

I NEED 30 RESPONDENTS AND EACH PERSON WILL GET 10PTS KARMA

I SARANG YOU GUYS♡♡♡

-hun, I accidentally clicked post so pls ignore the comment i posted before this one-
1. Life. And prayers. Fans' prayers. An escape.
2. WELL. Long story short, my favorite group had a long hiatus and I just, I need some distraction before I break the heck down, ya feel me, so I went and googled some old news or articles about them and LO AND BEHOLD I clicked on a link and found salvation, a fluff, -that also held a bit of , which I wasn't quite ready for at the time-but s'all good.
3. I used to think of fanfictions as a platform fans used for expressing their fantasies-which held quite the truth- but now, i also found how fanfiction has taken the role of sort of a boat, in which the fans share their thoughts and talents and theories. This boat also keeps us afloat when the storm hits, and thats why i believe all fandoms are so grateful that the writers exist. I also feel like, fanfictions are the purest kind of literature? Like this is the kind of lit that started lit, the kind you'll find after surviving some kind of war or apocalypse? Like these people literally write for the love of writing and nothing else and that's really beautiful.
4. I do most anything with happy endings.
5. I do bands, Tv series, comic books, etc
6. I feel like I could my pants when i get notifs for certain fics if thats what you were asking.
6. Reading, especially amateur writings like fanfictions gives me this space to sort of think trough actions and words and reasons. So I guess fanfics has gotten me a bit analytical ? Idekman
7. I judge people less, yes, from understanding that there are reasons behind actions. But stupid actions still piss me off.
8. Its good. It's all harmless fun, whats wrong with fun, no?:>
9. I feel like there should be certain pits in hell reserved for people that committed plagiarism
10. Im a bit of both c: I mostly read, but I write stuff-stuffs, occasionally, when the muse's around.

1. To me, fanfiction is a way of fans to get a chance to imagine stuff, you know.. Stuff.
2. My sister discovered it somehow and she introduced it to me.
3. Hehe fanfiction is kind of my life xD
4. Hm.. I mostly read rated M fanfics and fluff.
5. I read about singers, bands and movie characters, mostly. Or even book characters.
6. I feel emotional, excited, happy, sad and everything. The feels.
6. Not really. Let's just say I'm much more dirty minded now.
7. Nope, I don't think so.
8. Fanfiction is awesome.
9. Plagiarism is the worst possible thing. I mean like, why copy another person's story? Make up your own, geez.
10. A reader. I can write pretty well, I think, but I prefer just reading.

1. It think it's a source of letting your pent up feelings out.
2. I got into fanfiction when anime feels were too much for me and I heard about fanfiction.
3. I never had any actual opinions on fanficiton before, but it currently is a huge part of my life.
4. I like longer fanfiction because it feels more realistic. I typically like a combination such as angst and fluff, because as I stated, it adds to the realism.
5. I read fanfiction about TV shows, k-pop, and anime.
6. I usually feel like I'll explode if it's good.
6. Not usually.
7. I think I am a bit more secretive because sometimes I'll read fanfiction on my phone around people who don't know I'm about that life.
8. Fanfiction is the best.
9. Plagiarism because if you can't come up with your own ideas then you obviously shouldn't be writing. At the point, you write for attention and not because it's your passion.
10. I am both. I don't write as often as I read, but I was a reader before I was a writer. Being a reader helps you become a better writer because you see how to make your sentences flow smoothly.

1.A Fanfiction is something like a whole new world. While reading a certain fic,you choose the story, you choose your "faith" in this new world that you are about to enter in. It's a place in which you can escape and rest from your daily life, while "living" with your favorite actors, singers and etc.
2. I...red a fanfic called "And yet I love you". It was a Sasusaku fanfiction and i loved it...so i started reading other fictions and yeah...
3. I used to think what i still think that fanfictions are (1st question)
4. If the writer has talent, the genre doesn't matter. The "awesomeness" of the story depends on the author. You see, a simple love story about, lets say,a girl and a boy who can't be together, can be both - lame or epic. It just depends on the details, ideas and desisions about the characters faith, which the writer will make. And of course it depends on the will which the writer has about the story - is he exited of writing it,or not.
5. I read K-POP fanfictions.
6. Again,it depends on the writer. if he has talent, he will make me "live" in his imaginary world and will make me feel just like he wants to - sad, scared, exited and etc. So i say yes.
7. It does. A lot of fanfics i've red have changed certain habits in my life. Just like books can, fanfics can do that too.
8. As if you can ask me "Are books good for you" :D
9. I hate it. If you can't write something good down, just marvel other creations, don't steal them.
10. I am both. I like to read, because that way i can fortify my own inner world. I like to write (i still have no fictions on this site.Still.For now. lol) because sometimes i just HAVE TO. I NEED to.

1.Fanfiction to me is another way of releasing stress and a way of expressing yourself by the way you write.
2. I got into fanfiction because of my bestfriend who writes anime fanfiction and we both love Journalism.
3. I used to think that fanfictions were just something that people don't take seriously but now they really take their time and effort to make fanfictions more like novels and with better grammar.
4. My type changes from time to time. A story that has good grammar and a good plot always gets my attention.
5. They're usually about shows, anime and kpop. Sometimes when I am crushing on actors I read fanfics.
6. I feel emotional.
6. I've been more critical.
7. Not really.
8. I think it's good to write our own thoughts and ideas for fanfics and make others happy :)
9. I hate it. I hate how people can just copy and paste everything and not even feel guilty or something.
10. I feel like I'm kind of on both sides since I love to read and to write but when I do write I tend to quit because I feel like it's going nowhere.
Hope it helps you on your research. Good luck :D

1. Fanfiction is a story that is made by a fan using idol as the charachter in that story, it's also a way to express a lot of fan's imagination with their idol in any kind of way possible,..
2. That time i'm just googling around, and a story popped out of nowhere.. haha..i thought that story was real..
3. Back then, i just read the fanfiction yhat uses my first language, i found a lot of cliche story, same idea, same plot.. but as the the time goes by, i found asianfanfics, i read alot wholedifferent story, i also improve my english alot from reading FF,.
4. I read almost all of the genre, but romance with some scene will be great.. don't get me wrong, i read the plot first, is the -nth criteria of a story that i like
5. Anything is fine, depend on the story.. but i prefer the idol as a non-star.. i like a story that matched the idol charachter in my head..
6. Yes, it depends, i feel happy until i laugh, i feel sad until i cry..
6. Yeah.. fan fiction makes me think more open to the whole world now, i realize that life isn't just here, but outside there there's a lot of life too..
7. Umm.. no..
8. Definetely it's good
9. Plagiarism, is really really bad thing done by criminal, if it's not there will be no law about it..
10. Reader.. i've tried to write story, but it's not working.. i'm just not good at writing, maybe.. haha.. but it's true..

1) Fanfiction is a way for fans to get close to their idols in a way by reading about then and creating their own vision or a version of them as desired.
2) My Asiamania had started by me getting into manga an and anime. By accident I found anime fanfics and started reading there. My Chinese friends introduced me to kpop and after getting into it, it just came to me, the idea of the possibility there could be a kind of Fanfiction dedicated to idols.
3) I used to think that, seeing the kind of a fandom kpop fandom is, that it would be just a bunch of cliché stories with not much artistic value. I was undoubtfuly proven wrong once I started reading.
4)Just like any other fangirl, I adore reading romance, but I'm a er for romantic fics with slice of life, angst and, my personal favorite, supernatural!
5)I mostly read EXO fanfics since I'm an exotic, but I like reading stories about Infinite, B2ST, Suju, Got7, BAP.. I'm not that picky as long as it's well written and an easy read.
6) Not really.. Fanfiction is something I might be able to call safe heaven. I'm a perfect student and I really work hard for school, misic school and the 5 languages I speak. I l'm, thankfully, not one flof those fans who live for their Oppas and don't have a life beyond the computer screen. Only after I finish all of my work I let myself fangirl till I drop.
7) Just like I said previously, I don't let anything kpop related interfere with my life that much, but reading about people who are living up to the Asian culture I started taking skinship a lot more seriously. My both best friends are boys and when one of them threw a hand around my waist I went all shy and nervous and stuff. He moved away and was like..Lenka, what the hell.?
8)It is good.
9) Needs to stop.Even thought fanfic vise it doesn't mean anything financially, it's stealing and spitting onto ones hard work.
10) A reader. My writing isn't that good yet, so I'd like for my English to improve before I become serious.

1. Something that i can read to have some fun and relief my stress out. It's kind of entering the new world where u can have what u want the way u want it.

2. When i in junior high school, my friend, she is writing some.

3. At first i see that would be boring, but i am totally wrong cuz now i am really into that. Fanfic is a way i can escape from the reality.

4. Fluff, , angst.

5. My biases in kpop, and dramas i loved.

6. Depends on the genre and the situation between the characters and the way they face it.

6. Yes, i can see people in different way, more mature and complicated maybe. And how i face something, i would think it over and over again before make a best decision.

7. No, just the same way before. Maybe a little change depends on what i think of them.

8. Totally good, but still there's a bad impact too. It depends on how you take it.

9. It depends, coz there's no more originality in this world and u can say they take it as a reference as long as it's not copy exactly as the original one. Just make ur own story and twist it will be better.

10. I am more into reader coz i loved to read and imagine. But sometimes, if i am in a mood to write, i will write but just for myself kekekeke...

1. Fanfiction is a world where you can do anything with a kpop group/idol. It's freakin' beautiful...
2. I think I searched B.A.P stories and that's when Asianfanfics was in the results.
3. Everything was a bit cliche back then (I think) and now we have more good stories to the point that those people could actually become famous authors.
4. Fantasy
5. B.A.P and EXO or bapexo. I also read Lay or Luhan fanfics
6. I'm the type who likes to correct people's grammar so I do get a bit frustrated when I can barely make out the sentence. I also feel very excited when a story updates :3
7. I don't know because most of my friends read fanfictions too...
8. Both but mostly good.
9. It's ugly
10. Both :D

1. Fanfiction is a kind of a writers preference story writing on a subject that is based on something that the writer is a fan of. Fan=admirer/lover Fiction=unreal/not factual ......... Did that made any sense?^^"

2. I like the idea of creating a new alternative story based on the characters that I really like :) i stumbled across a harrypotter fanfic in the internet around 2004

3. The difference between now and then? Fan ficus back then are more creative and original, now it's still good but, you can tell there's some repetition of story plots or somewhat similar story plots.... But it's fine :) but sometimes I do stumble upon some unique stories which catch my attention and surprises me :)

4. Comedy romance :3

5. Kpop/harrypotter/anime

6. Honestly, it's different every time :) I absorb the emotions/atmosphere of the story :) depending on genre and depending on the feelings of the character

7. Fan fictions are also like books, it widens your perspective outlook in life, which eventually alters your action/behavior toward people depending on situations :) I the tendency to adapt to situations in making myself to avoid conflicts with people :)

8. It's good and bad hahaha

9. I do not approve of plagerism BUT there's no more originality in this world so it can't be helped (paraphrasing /get somewhat the same concept is still plagerism) (sorry for being cynical but it's true...)

10. Both-ish :) I love to read :) it's my way to relax or keep myself busy /active ( I need to keep my brain working) I am an author too :) it's been awhile since I posted... I am lazy to write though... I have so many stories actually I wanted share to the world... But then, being a college student and nearing to be an adult and facing the real world, forbids me to give me time to write... :(

Anyway :D I hope my answers to your friend's survey makes sense :D
