I made Korean Food!

So, I tried to make some Korean food today..,

I made Pajeon and Haemul Pajeon.

+ dipping sauce!

Conclusion, Haemul Pajeon is not my favorite.., it tasted like the bottom of a boat!

BUT! I loved the Pajeon. The sauce was a little salty.

The only thing worse than haemul pajeon is the SMELL of a haemul pajeon tent/restaurant. ugh, barf... Pajeon is amazing on it's own though- or with kimchi!

Oh... you don't always have to put seafood. My mom adds bacon bits in the batter..or anything pork. Bro luvs the pork bit. Me.. just veg does it. ;)

You can always vary it up a bit to keep it from tasting like the bottom of a boat. Different batters, seasonings, oils to fry them in.. ;)

make tteokboki u r going to love it if u do it write. I make it for my mom when she works late sometimes and doesnt want to cook so i make that and some rice and thats dinner. O also dak bulgogi its super yummy. I made my own twist on a recipe i found and i thought it was ok the day i made it but 2 days later it tasted better wrapped in lettuce :D
