THIS IS LIKE REALLY LONG IM SORRY I REALLY NEEDED TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS

So like I was at school watching BTS Just One Day right? And my friends were interested in it too so we all started watching it together. Then like these two boys (I know these boys but I don't even talk to them lol) that are in my class just come out of nowhere bashing on BTS. If you guys know me I'm like a big BTS fan, they are like number one on my kpop group list. They were calling them gay, and like they were ugly, and that they prefer one direction over them and other stuff. One of them said that they look like girls and I couldn't help it but yell in his face that he looked like a girl too. But he said that he was just going to keep on burning them if I kept insulting him. I DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE, I WAS ONLY FIGHTING BACK but it didn't seem like a good idea T___T I don't know but I felt so much hatred that I was about to cry even though it wasn't about me (I mean that shows how much of a hardcore fan I am right? LOL) but every time they came to insult my friends would try and defend me, but I didn't want to start a big fight, so yeah... And one of them my friend ships me with (I don't even know why .-.) but she was like "oh maybe he's jealous that you like them more than him" and I was like "just stop yourself." (That's not really important but I thought I could just put it out there LOL) But yeah, after that I didn't know what to do anymore. Like he kept bashing on them when I didn't even say anything to the both of them. I couldn't help it but I was all in a bad mood yesterday about it. But if they ever insult them again, what should I do? What do you guys do in situations like these where people make fun of your kpop group? Do I ignore it or what? :(
