Do any of you guys know a good MP4 downloaded in Play Store?

My old phone used to have a great application for downloading videos but then it got taken down because they broke the terms & conditions so the app got taken down and now I'm frustrated because I want to download MVs but now, its frustrating because there's not a good app.
