Ummm. the only things I can think of is if they suspect them of drug use, doing something they promised they wouldn't do again, or if they think they like treated someone horribly (OR KILLED SOMEONE ...except that is definitely a bit extreme lmao)

Hmm Maybe one of them believes that they are dying and is trying to push the other one away by having them break up with them him than by having to see the person they love die..because they feel like then the other could move on if they already hated one..Oh and of course the other wouldn't know that the one is dying..if it even turns out that they are going to die by the end..You know what I mean idk ignore me if its bad but that is all I've got X)

okay that's hard. I've never been in a relationship before; so I'm not really sure about what. But I guess you could do something with their TRUST. I mean, not seeing each other and growing apart seems tacky and can honestly be fixed in a relationship. So I am recommding that you do a scenario (or better, several incidents) that can cause one to doubt the other. It's not unfaithfulness per se— more like having your significant other not trust you or betray you or ignore you (other than cheating on you).
