Personality:
Rin was a strict woman when it comes to work. She often nags on how much her idols are lacking in some places. She doesnt care if she had to threaten them, what she only want is a complete perfect good job. She always do her job flawlessly. 
But outside of her workline, she was a fun woman. She often laughs and smiles whenever people around her tells jokes. Open minded on everything. Her arms always opens for those who needs her help or just want to sharing stories with her. Even if she would often scolds her idols for never cares of their healties, she would help them to be more healty. She would often get scary when she was mad, or annoyed by her idols actions, but actually will forgive them later. She also never miss meetings, or lacking her idols needs. She as like mother hen for her idols, especially the girls. She was a Young, Mature Woman to her idols.

Background:
Rin was born in wealthy family. She was the only child in the family. In her happy childhood, her father would take the whole family to have fun and play on the weekends or holidays. Her mother often scolds her father for being too playfull and spoiled their daughter too much, but her mother would forgive him and told him to be strict sometimes too. She was raised to be a strict-slash-fun woman. Her grades in school was more than average, and she was known as Honor Student. An ex-vice president of the Student Counsel in her Highschool. She wanted to be a manager when she graduated from Highschool. Seeing her self that she can not sing, dance or rap, she wanted to help idols or her friends to be more success. And then she started to majoring in Manajement and graduated with perfect score. She first joined at SM Entertaiment, because they're the first company that accepting managers when she just graduated from University. She was accepted and then placed into SHINee for 1 year. But then she stopped because her Job Duration ended already. At that time, YG Entertaiment was accepting managers. So, she sent her application to them, and after 2 months waiting, she was accepted and were put to their new idols, 2NE1.

The Interview

Why did you choose to join the company?
Because YG Entertaiment are one of the biggest company in Korea. They worked really hard, started from 3 persons to a whole family since 17 years ago, and they're nice people, really nice to ordionary people and lastly, because I am a fans of YG Family since years ago.

Out of the group members in your charge, who is/are your favourite/s?
In my previous charges, I truthfully likes Key. He was the fashionista  in SHINee, I like fashion, but for the real Fashionista, I more prefer G-Dragon. *laughs* Aside from that, Key has his own charm, I guess thats why I like him more than the others? And in my group charges now, I like CL more than the others. Like I said about Key, CL also has her own charm. I also see that YG Sajjangnim also like her more than the rest. But I still love SHINee and 2NE1 equally.

what is your relationship with your charges like?
I guess we're like a family? A big family, that is. SHINee's members were like my big brothers and cute younger brothers. They would always help me whenever I needed their help. In 2NE1's side, they're like younger sisters and big sister that I always wanted to have. Seeing that I am an only child, I sometimes wondered how does it like to have siblings? And then I met with them, socialized with them, be friends with them, and accepted as their family. And then I thought, "Ah, so this is how it felt being a sibling.."

Is it difficult to work with other coordinators (eg. hairstylists)?
No, no. Its not that hard for me. Well, sometimes. Jonghyun would like his hair all spiky and charming, while Key want his hair be unique and screaming 'Fashion!!' style. Minho and Tofu, I mean- Onew, wouldn't care as long as their hair and makeup would be done fast and cool. Taemin's hair should be match with his baby face or if I can say, feminim face. *laughs* Meanwhile, CL always wanted her hair blonde. YG Sajjangnim didn't let her at first, but in the end he gave up and let her do all she wanted. She also always wanted her makeup be more samiliar with cats. Dara wanted her hair be high and curly when its down, Minzy didn't care because all she wanted are boyish look, and Bom always agreed with what the Hairstylist said. But, yeah, all done in perfect way.

how would you describe your charges?
How should I say this... Onew and CL are cool leaders, they can lead their groups amazingly. Jonghyun and Bom both have wonderful voices and beautiful faces. Key and Minho's raps are very powerful in many ways. Dara's beautifulness always charm another male group members. Taemin and Minzy are both amazing dancers, and very young too. All of them are perfect in their own ways, and I'm proud of them.
