TOP 3 Kpop Groups Visual Position Confuses Me

f(x)

Sulli

Sulli is the visual of f(x).But she don't look like the visual.......

Krystal

Krystal is the youngest member in f(x).Yes,Sulli doesn't look like the visual of the group but Krystal does.In my opinion,Sulli is like a girl that doesn't talk so much.And as I know,visuals should stand in the middle when the group dances but always in f(x)'s M/V,I saw Krystal is the one who dances in the middle.

B.A.P

Himchan

Himchan is the visual of B.A.P. Like Sulli,Himchan has less part in some songs in B.A.P's M/Vs. And also he doesn't danced in the middle.

Daehyun

Daehyun is the main vocalist of B.A.P. Unlike Himchan,Daehyun always stand in the middle when they dances and everytime I listen to B.A.P's songs,I felt Daehyun has the most parts in the songs.

B1A4

Gongchan

Gongchan is my bias in B1A4.He is the maknae and visual of the group.He became my bias because of his amazing voice,handsomeness and cuteness.What most dissapoint me is Gongchan has the least parts in B1A4's songs.

Jinyoung

Jinyoung is the leader of B1A4.He is the one who attracts me into B1A4 and he is my second bias.In my first time watching B1A4's M/V,I thought that Jinyoung is the visual because he had many parts in the songs.In every B1A4's M/V I've seen like Tried To Walk,What's Happening,Beautiful Target and more,Jinyoung is the one who start singing first.That's why........

So what do you think?This is just in my opinion,so please don't bash me.I repeat,this is JUST MY OPINION.I don't know what way do you think but this is the way I think.Plus I'm not bashing the groups above okay,they're my favorite group too especially f(x) and B1A4.So I'm not bashing them.

Well I can say for B.A.P Himchan is the real visual. It's just that all members are handsome but Himchan stands out somehow, on his special way. And not to mention he is talented - he can play more than 10 instruments. Anyway, if you just notice a bit Himchan stays aside so that younger ones shine more (like he pushes Jongup to talk a bit more). During interviews he is the one who talks a little more. If you notice is songs you can hear his back-up vocals. He is talented and handsome, but when it comes to it he pushes others to stand out more.

As for Daehyun and his lines, he is the main vocal. So of course he will be in the middle and get most of the lines. The dances are like that so when Daehyun's parts come he gets in the middle.

I think visual members are basically the most beautiful members in the groups. Cannot deny Sulli, Himchan and Gongchan are the beauty standard in the whole Kpop even though they lack in talents. Sulli doesn't have chance to stand in the middle because she's too tall, just like Suzy's case. Daehyun has the most parts in BAP's songs because he's the main vocalist. Jinyoung always gets the first lines in B1A4's songs because he's one of the lead singers in his band; furthurmore, most of B1A4's songs are composed by him.

TBH, visual members are rarely considered talented members. Most of them are the worst singer in their groups. For example, SNSD's Yoona, 2NE1's Dara, Apink's Naeun, SHINee's Minho, Infinite's L, WGs' Sohee, SISTAR's Dasom, etc. Some of the rare visual members that can actually sing are Luhan, Suzy and Jiwon (Spica), but actually Jiwon is also the worst vocalist in Spica, LOL.

krystal's the visual of f(x) now i think :/ before it was sulli but they changed it to krystal since in lots of websites it says krystal's the visual~

finally, someone noticed the little lines himchan & gongchan are given ;;

but as far as i know, visuals are meant to be the face of the group. they're supposed to attract people with their faces and handle commercials, ad campaigns and the like, not really sing the most lines in their songs (aren't the lead/main vocals supposed to do that?).
for krystal, jinyoung & daehyun, i think they have the most parts in their songs because they're either the main/lead vocals. and lead/main vocals usually have the most lines in the group.

but that's just my opinion. i'm still confused as to what the position 'visual' really is meant for.

hmm this is why there are two terms lol face of the group and visual
there is a difference ... visual is like .. lets say the member who has the best looking (although beauty is subjective)
while face of the group is probably like the trademark
its like .. if you hear snsd, you will think about yoona right away
if you hear infinite, you will think L right away
if you hear miss a, you will think suzy right away

I think the people with the visual parts are chosen because they attract people whose eye catches those who have pleasant faces. Sulli has a cute baby face, Himchan has that ulzzang vibe and Gongchan (like Sulli) is cute and fluffy. That's why I think they are the visuals ^^ But, they still have talent, which is a bonus~
