Got home from school today afternoon, checked Twitter and found out that the plane MH370 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China have went completely missing in the South China Sea area nearby Vietnam. I was shocked and absolutely saddened by the news. It's a Boeing plane and there weren't any accidents for almost 20 years so this news was such a blow. The plane wasn't found up till now and it's almost 24 hours. No sign of wreckage or any SOS signal sent out from the plane. :( People have been speculating things like the plane ran out of fuel, engine problems, hijacking and etc.. The worse part was people blaming the pilots. For all you know, the passengers were asleep on the plane and even if we were in there, what the hell can we do?! We can't maneuver a plane! The pilot and the co-pilot would've been trying to save everyone on board and insensitive people had to blame everything on them. On top of that, some people have been tweeting like (translated) : Maybe the pilot got bored so he brought the passengers for a walk on the sea. Maybe they shouldn't let Muslims near planes anymore since 9/11 smh. Wow. I have no idea how some people can make this whole incident into a goddamn joke. Is it even funny? If they were on the plane, who's laughing at them then? The plane disappeared. Literally disappeared right after the signal was lost at 2.40a.m. Nothing was found up till now and to me, it's a huge mystery. The should've still be in the air then and even if it crashed, why wasn't any SOS signals sent out...? Between the distance of the plane and the sea, i'm sure the distance is very huge and the pilots had time to call for help AND if one of the engine or fan had problems, the other one still could support the plane and they could make emergency landings. I know i'm ranting but it's just that i'm upset and furious at people who had the heart to make jokes about this whole situation. 230+ life could've been lost including 2 infants. But anyhow... #PrayForMH370
