SNSD vs. Mr.Mr.

Personally, I think both companies (notice how I didn't say group) is at fault. From MY knowledge of a kpop fan for a long time, I realized that often the singers don't have much say at times, of what song they sing, their image, and how their album turns out. Basically mostly everything is decided by a group of higher positions in that company. Therefore, I strongly hate it whenever idols get involved in these type of situation and see no point in stupid fan wars. If there's a problem, the company is responsible. Singers are merely performers, singing and behaving as they are told they should be. That is why I don't think there should be any negative feelings between Mr.Mr. and SNSD. No one is better than the other.
In this situation, both SM and Winning Insights are at fault. Yes it's stupid how SM would use the the title track Mr.Mr. knowing full well of the new rookie group Mr.Mr. But let's face it. SM IS a cruel strict company that only cares about its marketing, business and money. This isn't old news. However, you can't deny that their methods are working somehow. I mean they are "producing" highly trained performers in the end. It's weird if they spend all their money and the outcome is a terrible off-key singer. SM company is one of the Big 3 in Korea. Why? I mean they had to start somewhere. They reached that stage because of their skilled performers earning their high reputation. To them, music IS all one big business which is the harsh reality.
At the same time, Winning Insight is at fault since they should know better than to "diss" other singers/company. Although I do appreciate and understand what their CEO is saying. However, I think they should use this opportunity to sell their artists by showcasing their talents etc rather than using Mr.Mr. to make a point against other companies. What do they expect to happen? Social hierarchy is important in their culture. If they have problems with another company, take it to court. I don't know much about legal stuff but I'm sure there are other ways to get them justice.
Lastly, I don't think this incident should affect either Mr.Mr. or SNSD's reputation as singers. We don't know exactly what happens behind the scenes. Obviously BOTH groups work as hard to become great singers. Instead of attacking each other, we should support them as much as possible. That's what being fans mean. Don't let the company's mistakes tarnish their chance of doing what they love- singing and performing.
I dunno anymore! I just REALLY hate fan wars! :(
