Doesn't it roughly remind you of VIXX - Voodoo doll? And the character looks like Ken (with the pounty ears) When I found this in Solialonline.... omg... it's a fanart for an OC character I think and there were themes given and this was one of the entries.... oh oh my.... It looks so good and I wrote a short story for this. I might put an art along with it and officially post it as story.
