Is it strange to be 30% engaged by your crush when you are still 16 years old?! 

Lemme tell you my story 

I'm 16 now my crush is 20 and he started working in the Army 

Why to work in the Army? Here in UAE people who work in the Army have higher salary.. and he needs to collect money.. for his marrige and new house..

I actually fell for him like more than two years ago 

A lot of moments happened between us

And once he sent me a romantic poem that sais , i love you

So, we fell for each other how romantic is that hahahaha xD 

anyways, days ago he went to his mom and was like : i want to marry that girl (me) can you please help me?! 

Here in UAE we have tradition, he can't come with ring and flower and kneel infront of me and be like, would you marry me? 

first , the guy makes his mom contact with the girls mom and be like , my son wants to marry your daughter and second the girl's family must make sure the guy is really a good man, then, the reall engagement happen 

THATS WHY

My crush's mom went to my aunt (she went to my aunt because we live far away from them) and was like , my son likes Aisha(me) and wants to marry her 

And my aunt was like : O__O

Every one in the house was shocked , they thought that i'm young to be loved and that i'm to inoccent for this 

Girl, i knew how lovers make babies before i was even 10 years old LOL

So.. after a long talk .. we decided to make him wait .. till i go into college and settle down .. then he can come and propose for me 

WHY? 

1) if i married him after finishing high school, i might get pregnant and not complete college LOOOOOL

2) his mom is evil and might not let me go into college , that's why i have to go into college before i get married 

3) i aslo need my driver licence hehe
