Is it possible to have period while pregnant?

Well, the reason why I ask this is because my sister is pregnant, but she gets her period right now. She was so scared bcs it's her first time going to have a child. I knew that she's pregnant since two days ago bcs she said she hv morning sickness and already done pregnancy test for two times by herself. And today, she went home and said she got her period.
