Personality:

The first impression Daeun leaves iss that she is a really nice and easy-going girl, that can be quite shy at frist but when she loosen up, she can be very cute and charming in a innocent way. She is very polite and respectful towards her sunbaes but she isn't uptight, she is more like a polite girl but in a friendly way. Daeun isn't a social flower, she isn't the type of girl that starts the conversations and honestly she at keeping them on going, she is just awkward. She is always wearing a small smile that gives a warm feeling but she isn't perfect. Daeun is very self-conscious, she might seem very comfortable but if you know her well enough, you can notice how trouble and uneasy she feels. Daeun has a very soft heart and by that I mean that she might not show if but some comments people tell her can be very hurtful for her. Daeun isn't the type of girl that speaks her feelings, and that's why she ends up getting hurt. She really hates being so self-conscious but with the help of her unnies, she is trying to work on it. She is definitely stubborn, when she wants something, she works hard to get it. Those are the moments in which Daeun feels proud of herself. Daeun gets scared really ealy, she can't watch anything scary because she won't sleep useless someone sleeps hugging her. 

Around her closest friends and her brother, she is definitely childish. She acts cute to get food and she usually makes them laugh with her randomness. She can be very funny without even trying and it's thanks to her unique thoughts. She is unconsciously funny because at times she is unaware of her surroundings. Daeun gets easily excited and those are the moments when people see she is really childish. She is very dorky around her friends but they all are dorks too. She is also very innocent and gullible, she is the best person you can play a prank or do a hidden camera to, because she will really believe it. Sometimes she says silly stuff just to make them smile and laugh. While dancing and singing, Daeun is a completely different person. She isn't the cute and childish Daeun, nor the insecure one. While dancing she is full of confidense and charisma, while singing you can see how much passion she was, also her determination of making her dream come true. The idea of performing is what makes her move forward and work even harder to debut.

Background/Childhood: 
Daeun was born in Sydney, Australia on a very average family. Her mother is a housewife and her father owns a little but well known restaurant. Since little, both her and her older brother, were interested in music, that’s she learned how to play the guitar and the piano; one of the best childhood memories she has is when her brother would wake her up in the middle of the night and he would ask her to play the piano. Both of them are really close and if it wasn't for her brother she wouldn't be a trainee. At the age of 10, Daeun's brother was accepted as a trainee and they had to move from when his life as a trainee began, Daeun on the other side decided to improve her skills a little before trying to auditing. She lived for a year with her aunt in L.A, there she went to improve her dancing skills and also there is where she met her now best friend. They were both in L.A for the same purpose, being both Korean they became really close. 
Her school life was very calm at first but then when she entered high school, things changed a little. She became friends with a lot of now KPop idols, the majority have now debuted. Many girls of her school were jealous because of her friendship and usually what they would do is ignore her or make everyone give her the cold shoulder, but she also had a small group of non-idol friends, they would always make her feel better and smile. She definitely loves her Friends but the person that she loves the most is her brother. He is really caring, sweet and over protective, while both of them were training and even if he has schedule, he is always checking on her.

- Scary movies; she just can't see them, or she will have nightmares for a month.

- Hot weather; it makes her easily annoyed and weird (random).
- Arrogant people; she finds their attitude very unnecesary and rude.

- Being sick; it makes her feel useless.
- The smell of coconut; she hates coconut and even more the smell.
- Pickles and raisings; she simply can't eat them.

- Cooking; she learn a few recipes from her father and desserts from her mother.
- Reading fan letters and comments; she likes to read all of the letters because she appreciates he support.
- Watching videos in Youtube; she is secretly a dork, she loves Pewdiepie and Cutiepie, Smosh and FashionRocksMySocks.
- Collecting old movies; she has always like musicals from the 50's, she has movies from Fred Astair, Gene Kelly and others.

- and bitting her lips; she usually does it when she is really nervous, it's a habit she is trying to change but it's hard.
