About Yourself

Personality: HyeSon is a very happy and bubbly person. She's 17 (18 in Korea) so she thinks doing aegyo is kind of childish. Her favourite drink is chocolate milk and cannot live without drinking chocolate milk at least once a day. If the day is going to end, she would always shout, "nae chokollis uyuleul masi eobseo!(Ah! I haven't drank choco milk!!)" and she would run to any store that has chocolate milk and buy a bottle of it. She can sometimes be impatient, but this little angel will be trying her best to stay patient, not throwing a tantrum. When you make her angry, she won't fight back or anything, but her cute and happy face will turn into a really dull and emo face, and and no one wants to see that beautiful face of hers turning into a face you see at a mental hospital. When she's depressed, she'll talk to herself, like she has been possessed by a spirit, but it rarely happens as she doesn't want her friends to be worried. She cares for others as much as she cares for herself, and when you're sad, she'll cheer you up. She is also an active blogger, updating her blog every single day on how her day was, interacting with her fans.

She is sometimes very emotional, crying a lot when tough times arrive. But also cries when it's only a small issue. So you could put her in the "crybaby" category. She might be really happy on the outside, but she hides all her depression inside, and cries every night under blankets. Nobody knows about this, not even her mom. She really keeps it inside. As said earlier, she does not want her friends and people around her to worry and takes her loved ones as her first priority before herself(meaning she'll even "catch a grenade for you").

When she was 11, she had this issue with a boy where the boy kept on bullying her and threatening her, but she never told anyone. The boy was really playful, and even one time, he told her to be his girlfriend(with the fact that they're only 11) but she refused. The boy kept on pestering her until she gave in, but trying to be strong, she told him that she would only be his girlfriend for 1 week. Until her mother found out. And that was the most tragic thing that happened to her in her life. She hasn't released it yet,  and no one in her school knows about this(except her mom) - Not even her closest friends. She hasn't forgotten about the boy,  and still holds a grudge in her. She wants revenge, but at  the same time, being the kind HyeSon, she doesn't want to hurt his feelings. So she is more or less "quiet" in a way.

Family Information

Background:

HyeSon was born in Chungju, chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. Her mother gave birth to her by accident at the age of  18, and her father left them when Hyeson turned 3. Even though her mother gave birth to her by accident, her mother loves her so much and is very protective of her. When HyeSon comes back from school, her mother would always ask "How's school dear?" "Do you have homework?" "Did you enjoy your day?" "Tell me if something bad happens," and things like that. HyeSon also loves her mother very much. Her mother remarried when Hyeson was 9, but being  the kind Hyeson, she let it pass and now loves her foster father. Her foster father is also a vary kind man and loves Hyeson. Hyeson is like a daddy's girl to her foster father, but she's not spoilt. She has a half-brother, Hyuk Min. He's 2 years older than her, and is very nice and loving to HyeSon, and protects her a lot. He treats her like a real big brother, being always there for their little sister. They hang out a lot, and people mistake them for being a couple, and their catchprase is "We're not a couple! We're siblings!" . So you could more or less put it in a way that Hyeson's family is perfect, except for the part where her mother accidentally gave birth to her.  HyeSon went by her mother's surname, and not her foster father's.

*Kang MinHyun | father | 40 | bussinessman | MinHyun is Hyeson oh-so-loving foster father. He loves HyeSon very  much and puts HyeSon as his first priority. He is a boss of Kang corporations and earns a lot of money, making their family quite rich.

 

*Ryu Hwa-in  | mother | 35 | housewife | Hwa-in is HyeSon's biological mother. She lost her "thing" at the age of 17, and accidentally gave birth to HyeSon at the age of  18. She used to be those type of chic girl that would go to clubs wearing tons of make-up, but after when she realised she was pregnant to HyeSon, she stopped clubbing and stayed at home to take care of herself and HyeSon in her.  

 

*Kang HyukMin | brother | 19 | ulzzang | Hyeson's dorky and cute half-brother. He loves Hyeson a lot, and would always protect her from any harm,  also meaning that if any guy laid his hands on her, friend  or not, he would hug her and say "Don't touch!" it's cute to see them together, but there is another issue. He knows that even though Hyeson is his half-sister, his father(MinHyun) loves her more than him, with the fact that He, HyukMin, is the real son of his father. But it didn't get in the way as he still loves Hyeson, half-sister or not.

Relationship Information

Love interest:

 

*Jinyoung, B1A4 | HyeSon's bestfriend. He was from the same hometown as Hyeson,  and has known her since they were 13. They have a very close relationship, and know each other's secret. He knows about Hyeson's "accidental" appearance, her secrets, her character, but doesn't know a thing about her depression and the grudge that she holds against that boy when they were 11. He, like Hyeson's half-brother, is also very protective of her, and also protects her from harm and... L.Joe . Jinyoung hates L.Joe to the core, as he always teases her and makes fun of her etc. he also can't accept the fact that HyeSon, again being the  nice and kind girl, let it(the teasing) pass her. But  Jinyoung, being the loyal and understanding best friend, completely understands her.

 

* L.Joe , Teen  Top | a badboy. He has this playboy personality and likes to tease HyeSon - A LOT.  He teases her and has this badboy character, but deep inside, he cares for  her. He watches her when she goes home - that is when Jinyoung and her brother is not around. He will watch and follo her from a distance and when she bumps into any gansters, he'll immediately go to his "superman" mode, but HyeSon knows nothing about this. She hates him, but not 100%, maybe about 62% and the other percentage is treating him as a friend. The reason he teases her a lot is because he likes to see that attitude of her being annoyed. He surprisingly finds it cute. Also, in another way, he likes annoying people.  And the same,  he simply HATES Jinyoung. He hates him being her, protecting her, more or less, jealous. He lets Hyukmin go, as he understands that Hyukmin is Hyeson's brother, but he just simply hates Jinyoung  being around her. 

He met her - BUMPED into her, cause of her slight clumsiness, when he was heading to the toilet. He bumped into her and all her things went flying. When he was about to help her pick the things up, he stopped and looked at her pure face, and thought, "this girl will be fun teasing" . After, he didn't help her pick her things up and just continued to do his business. 

 

*Jonghun, FT Island  | the nice and friendly table mate of Hyeson. He's really nice to her, but they rarely talk. But just like L.Joe, he's like a secret admirer. He leaves love letters in HyeSon's locker everyday, usually  saying that "I  believe you" "Do well" and would end with a "from your secret admirer" with a "♦" mark  so that HyeSon knows that it's the same person that gives her all those love letters. They have been table mates for a long time now, and Jonghun thinks it's fate. 

 

 

Bestfriends: 

*Hyosung | secret | Hyeson's bestfriend. Hyosung is a really happy and outgoing person, and she's famous for her gummy smile. She's really close to Hyeson, and lives nearby too. So they usually have sleepovers, together with Soyeon. Her main role is just to be like a mom and guide Hyeson through her troubles in life. Their lockers are beside each other,  and they talk - A LOT.  But even she doesn't know about Hyeson's depression. When they first met, Hyosung called Hyeson "goyangi(cat)"  as Hyeson, the cat lover. Hyosung loves giving people nicknames. Like Hyeson, sometimes "goyangi" or "Seon". And Soyeon, "vocal" or "Yeo". "Goyangi kaja!" "Vocal! Seon do you know where's vocal?" and they would call Hyosung back as "gummy".  

 

*Soyeon | T-ara | Another of Hyeson's bestfriends. She likes to tease Hyeson and jokes a lot. The funny thing about her joking is when she jokes, she just jokes, and doesn't laugh. One of her jokes are like "Isn't it when you shake hands and say 'hello' to the person three times, doesn't it make you guys close already?" That just makes HyeSon laugh nonstop. Her locker is beside Hyosung's, but her house is really far away from theirs. So it always makes her feel like the odd one out, but nonetheless, she's still one of the bestfriends. She also loves to call Hyosung "gummy" and teases Hyosung about being together with GiKwang.
