Today was a rainy day.  It felt gloomy to me, but I am thankful for the rain.  

Today was also a day that I made a bad decision. 

I ran away from my own fear, and now upon me, I feel guilt, shame.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you.

I  really hope you're okay, that there aren't any hard feelings.

You won't see this, I hope. 

God, please watch over this person. Mend this person's heart, take care of this person.

God, please help me to make the right decisions. 

God, please... help.
