So as all of you know, all the kpop idols have tons of sasaeng fans. And these sasaeng fans need to stop their stalker-ish and way-out-of-line behaviour. Below is a tumblr link that you guys should all check out which will lead you to another website for you guys to help vote on a bill being proposed on stopping sasaeng fans. Everything you need to know about the bill is all explained there. The instructions are all there as well and it's really simple. If we have enough votes, the authorities are going to implement measures that are going to stop the sasaeng fans from doing all their illegal stunts and I know that we all want that because our idols deserve their personal space and privacy. We love our idols and it's the least we can do for them after what they've done for us. Their music lift our spirits when we're down. Their variety shows make us laugh. Their smiles make us smile. Their comebacks and albums make us proud to be their fans. So why not do something in return to make our idols smile and be proud of us instead. ^^ Do spread it around and help vote. Thanks! ^^

Ps. A bill isn't the money bill but a kind of proposal/resolution that needs to be voted on to be passed so that everything that is written in it can be carried out.
