Since my Parents work all day long, i usually cook Dinner for me, my 2 little Sisters an my Parents. And since i am highly interested in Asia, i usually cook asian Food which mostly consists of sticky Rice and side Dishes

After each of us got Home from School i asked my Sisters what they wan't to eat for Dinner, and they asked me to make Onigiri (I cooked it once for the two of them when we were alone at Home for a Weekend), So i made Onigiri and Hiped my Parents would also like it like my Sisters.

Right bevor my Parents came Home from Work i was done cooking and had already set the Table.

But the first thing my Mom said when she walked in and saw the Rice was:

"Eeeeew, its that sticky Rice again?"

....
Honestly, I felt really sad about it i mean: i stood in the Kitchen and cooked for a long Time and also spend a lot Time with decorating it. And all she said was "Eeeeew..."!?
Well my Sisters and my Dad still loved and ate all of it, but in the End my Mom cooked something else (a german Dish of course...) for herself. xD

In the End i just laughed about it because i can't really take it serious, but i wonder if other Parents also behave like that if they need to eat Food they don't know
