This is kind of important and I hope you'd take the time to read this. I just got my results and now I need to decide on which JC to go by Friday, 4pm. The thing is, idk which JC to go. I don't know if I shld go to a good JC far away or go to a not-so-good school close to home. Are there any Singaporeans here who can give me some advice? Or even recommend me their school?

I'm contemplating AJC, ACJC, CJC, JJC, NJC and PJC. If any of you come from or know ppl who come from these JCs, could you pls help me by giving advice and information? 

So yeah. My mom told me to go to ACJC because a lot of ppl know that sch and there are a lot of rich ppl. So if I go there, I'd have connections which can help me in the future. However, I need nearly an hour to go there. My friend also doesn't like the ppl there. But then my dad can send me to sch. But my friends can't enter the sch.

Before I got my results, my dad told me to go to PJC since its the closest JC and the programmes are to his liking. However, it was established only in 2000, and not many ppl know of its existance. My friend's friend said that the sch has no culture. Furthermore, my score can bring me to a much better sch than this. My dad said an advantage of going there is that I'd be the top few students which will give me more opportunities since schools usually pay more attention to their top students. However, an ex-student said that I may find the sch lessons slow and boring since they are made to fit the majority. I'll also have to go to sch by myself. But if the sch has an early program, I don't have to wake up supper early since the sch is abt 15min away from home.

As for AJC, my cousin is in there but she's not going to be in the same year. I'll also have to take abt an hour to go there. It is also not in my dad's way so he can't send me to sch.

Most of my sch mates will probably go to CJC. My dad can't send me there and I need 45min to go there.

My mom can send me to JJC and it has the same cut off point as PJC.

NJC is 37min away from home and my ex debate trainer is there.

So yeah... Pls help? I'm going to go see the open house now. Thanks for reading this!
