Background :
Her father, Park Hyo Hyun , met her mother , Caroline Tremblay, when she was traveling with her bestfriend. She was 18 and he was 19 years old and fell in love . The father of Park Cho Rok is Korean and her mother is a Canadian . It was not easy for them because the paternal grandmother of Cho Rok opposed the relationship; she wanted her son to take the family's business, but he refused.
Cho Rok was born in Quebec,Canada. So, she is fluent in Korean, English and a little fluent in French by her parents, but also by private lessons. Rocky had a little difficult childhood, because she was different from others because of her origins and so the kids were laughing at her. Fortunately, everything was settled thereafter, as her comrades were more open and cared little whether Korean . For that, she was very lucky because there was not a lot of discrimination in her school. She was good at school and had a big family, because she now had two little brothers.
At ten years old, her father showed her how to play guitar and that's that's when she discovered the world of music. After, she takes dance lessons. She loved music so much , because she can express herself and to fell free. Younger, she was a ball of energy so she could spend hours to dancing. She can easily memoried dance steps!The teenage years of Ha Neul summarized to go to school, dancing, dancing and dancing! Whenever she could, she danced! Rocky can dance a lot of dance; ballet, hip hop, modern... Her life is dance !
A few years later, she took singing lessons with her little sister. They imagined themselves to be kpop artists and they had great fun. Her family saw her talent so they encouraged her to participate in dance competitions. So, she performed accross Canada to be better.
One day, therewere auditions in Toronto by SMenternainment and Cho Rok decide to participate.She was chose to be a trainee at sixteen years old. She had never thought she could be a star! She discussed it with her family and finally agreed to be a trainee ! She went to Seoul, leaving her family in Canada.

Personality : Park Cho Rok is one of the most happiest and cheerful girl in the world! She really likes to make people smile. She may by happy, but deep down she is sometimes sad and she just hides it with her smile. However, she hesitates to go to others. She is a careful person, but spiteful. When she is shy, she talks very fast and bites her lower lip. She likes to be alone sometimes. She stays away from fights unless it concerns her group. All she wants is to live her passion. She does things carefully and delicately. She may seem hard to approach at first but, she’s very friendly. Rocky always stood up for what she believed in.
