"Aimez la vie que tu vis" is the correct one.
I'm a French student for 4 years and I live 8km away from France.

"Aimes la vie que tu vis" as in 'you should love the life you live'
But if it's 'you' in plural, it should be "aimez la vie que vous vivez"
