Well first of all you can't really 'make' people read your stuff ^^; If you want your story to get more recognition, maybe advertise it a bit. Though please read the person's profile before you do so they don't get mad at you for advertising on their wall X3 Better be safe then sorry right?

Do you have a Tumblr at all? There's loads of writers on that site, maybe try advertising your story on there to :) Best of luck to you! I know it can be disheartening not getting subscribers or readers but you'll get some eventually.
