Personality: Aerim's full of charisma on stage and off stage. She's not the type who laughs easily or cry easily. However, she has a really different sense of humour. She might find something funny that no one elses does. She's a strong girl who wouldn't get pushed around or beaten down easily. She stands up for herself and people around her. She's the type of girl who doesn't really says what she thinks, but rather shows it through her expressions or body language. Like for example, when she's confused, she'll blink and stare into space alot. If she's annoyed she'll scrunch her nose and squint her eyes, also clenching her first quietly. You might she's an ice princess but no, she isn't. Some call her the gangster leader because she's scary. She's quick-witted and speaks really well that her peers can't argue with her points. She's not afraid of things and has a "It's Not Scary" attitude to everything in life. She the type of girls who risk things without thinking. The scariness isn't like the ghost scary, or the scary as in the girl-who-is-secretly-a-serial-killer. Her bestest friends always see her as scary in a way like "you-can't-beat-her" type of scary. She's not afraid of insects, nor heights, nor dark eerie areas. She may be charismatic and cold most of the times but deep down, she's a girl who cares. She's a girl who worries, a girl who loves. With her friends, she's someone who talks comfortably and listens well but that doesn't mean in join in the dorkiness. She prefers to just sit and smile at their funny body gags. Sometimes, she wouldn't even smile at them simply because it's not funny to her. She joins in conversations, and surprisingly, she's very comfortable speaking on stage and infront of the camera. She's not the type who gets shy easily or awkward. It's just not Aerim. She's someone who take cares of the members. She's responsible and reliable, someone you can trust. But she doesn't trust others, that's the problem.

However, Aerim's negative traits are mainly about being bossy, stubborn and self-centered. Because of the bossiness and controlling personality, she could be a good leader. However, she can be too demanding. She doesn't trust people easily either, which makes it harder for others to give in their opinion. Put that aside and she's a great leader. Her dominating aspects make her a scarier leader at times. She wouldn't want her members to get in trouble and at the same time, she wouldn't let anyone hurt her members. She's someone even the sasaeng fans are afraid of. Aerim's like a mother, someone who cares for you but someone you can be afraid of. It's not that she likes being scary though. She wants to be viewed as friendly and approachable but her pesonality fails her. She would end up making the other people get nervous around her. Aerim's super competitive, especially when it comes to sports and singing/dancing/rapping. (depends on what position she gets). She's an adrenaline lover, who goes for the craziest and most extreme things. She's very unpredictable and her moods swing around between charismatic to deep-in-thoughts. Either way, she still looks cold. When she's mad, she can be really rude and shut everyone out from herself. She'll stay far from everyone else and most importantly, alone. If someone tries to talk to her, she'll get annoyed and think that they are pestering her. She might even yell at them. When she's upset, she won't talk and would only cry when she's alone. Unlike when she's mad, she don't find that they are annoying anymore. She would feel a little sorry because everyone's worried about her. Aerim can also be really vain and self-centered. Yes she do think of people around her but she always think of herself as first. She is quite particular about how she looks.

Background: Aerim was borned on 12 November 1992 in Seoul at 3.41am. She was raised by her grandparents while her parents worked. Her mother was a musician and her father was a vet. She grew up as the only child. Since young, her mother had inspired her with music. her mother taught her how to play the violin, guitar and piano. However, she didn't like to play instruments at all. She preferred listening to music and singing. That is why, she didn't play instruments even if she could (not very well though). At the age of 10, she moved to California with her grand parents while her parents stayed in Seoul. They stayed there for exactly 1 year and 3 months. In America, she started liking Hip Hop and rapping. When she came back to Korea, she told her parents about her new interest. Her father didn't cared much while her mother wasn't really happy about it. She thought it was just a one-time dream and it would change soon but it stayed with Aerim for the rest of her life.

She started dancing Hip Hop, rapping and listening to Hip Hop. Sometimes, she would listen to pop music. Her mother didnt really like it but she finally got used to it. Aerim secretly went to audition for YG Ent but was not chosen. However, she performed at a public event and was scouted by SM Ent. Her mother didn't stop Aerim because she was happy to see her daughter happy.

Father | Yoon Jongsik | 59 | Vet| He's a workaholic who's too busy to think about his daughter. He cares and loves his family deep down in his heart but he isn't someone who is able to express his feelings through words. Even actions make him feel embarrassed. He's a cool guy, someone who loves animals as much as he loves his family. | Aerim and him didn't talk much. Even if they did, their conversations were about school. He didn't really mind much when Aerim became a trainee. 
Mother | Kim Hera | 55| Musician| Aerim's mother however, was someone who talked more to Aerim. She's a musician and a passionate one. She's hardworking, polite and caring. She was someone who Aerim could talk to comfortably, without feeling awkward. | Both Aerim and her were pretty close, except that when Aerim was younger, her mother was a spectacular musician who constantly travelled around to perform.

Personality: He's a fun, outgoing, friendly and cheerful boy. He's full of jokes and weirdness. Whatever he does is funny. However, he can be caring and serious at times. Baekhyun is a dork who can be romantic at times. (Not to Aerim of course. they are just friends).
Interactions: Baekhyun's a funny and dorky guy but Aerim's the total opposite. However, it doesn't stop the two from having fun. Aerim would yell at Baek's childishness and he'll laugh it off and it's the funniest thing ever. He loves embarrassing Aerim and it seems to cheer him up whenever she whacks his  head. As they are of the same age, they are quite comfortable with each other.

Jung Yewon | 21 | OC, College Student
Personality: Yewon's different from Aerim. She's not the cool type nor quiet-shy type. Instead, she's a fun and cute social butterfly. She's a funny girl who can brighten up the mood whereever she goes. She's caring and pretty, someone whom you can talk to comfortably. People would often prefer talking to Yewon than Aerim. However, she can be quite selfish, gullible and lazy.
Interactions: Although they are very different, they are best friends since 16 and still are. But because Aerim is a trainee, they couldn't hang out as often as before. Hence, when they do, they talk alot to each other and ask about their lives. One chat could last for four hours or more. They are the best of friends and most of the time, Aerim's a listener while Yewon's a speaker. Nevertheless, there's times when Yewon listens to Aerim's problems and gives her advice. They would sometimes go shopping together or drink coffee in a cafe while chatting.

Personality: On the outside, Myungsoo looks like a cold guy. Someone who won't have fun with. However, he's actually a dork on the inside. He's quite unpredictable and you never know when he could be the dork or the cold guy. He doesn't act cute usually but he has aegyo inside of him. He just doesn't like showing it. He can be quiet with people he's awkward around. He's a really caring person and is Infinite's mother. Myungsoo is someone who takes good care of all his closest friends and he's someone who loves skinship. He loves hugging and slinging his arm around one's shoulder. He's a polite guy with a kind heart. The bad things about him is that he can be especially full of himself and very straight forward. He says what he wants but it doesn't really bother Aerim anyway. His 'I'm-So-Cool' attitude makes Aerim a little annoyed. He tries too hard to be cool but sometimes, his clumsiness just embarrasses him. He can also get really shy easily, blushing at the slightest things. He's not very good with girls, eventhough he's got the looks. He gets all nervous around girls and stutter sometimes. 

How they met?: They met through Sunggyu who is a friend of Aerim. Sunggyu asked Aerim out for lunch and Myungsoo tagged along. They met at the resturant through Sunggyu. Myungsoo's first impression of Aerim is that she's pretty but a scary girl. Aerim's first impression of Myungsoo is that he is a cold and boring guy. xD Myungsoo was really awkward and shy during the first meeting. He didn't know she was this different. He expected a more talkative and cheerful girl but instead, a scary person came out. Sunggyu however, was talking to Aerim and the two talked comfortably with no awkwardness. Sunggyu did the most talking but it was fun anyway.
Sunggyu then tried to matchmake them because he thought they were cute. The three ate together more often and soon, Myungsoo and Aerim got closer.

Interactions: They have a push-and-pull relationship. They are normal friends, they talk to each other and hang out from time to time. They slowly see the different sides of each other. They texted more often - asking about each other and sometimes chatting about the lamest things. However, here's the problem. After a month or so, they were busy with their schedule and stopped texing. Since then, they started to act as if they don't know each other. It's not that they do not enjoy talking to each other but it's just that neither of wanted to be the first to start the conversation. Both of them are usually 'cold' to people they aren't very close with and just as so, they are just normal friends. Myungsoo isn't very comfortable with her yet and so, he doesn't talk to her sometimes. He didn't bother much and neither did she. Sometimes, one of them would want to greet the other party but the latter often just pass by without noticing. And this annoys them. 
But slowly, Myungsoo starts to notice her. He wanted to know why she didn't greet him at all when they meet, Myungsoo gets more and more frustrated. He wanted to talk to her so badly, he wanted to see her more and hang out with her again. He didn't know why he was feeling this like but he disliked it. Finally, he talked to her. Their conversation was back again, they chatted and hung out, having so much fun together. Soon, he started liking her and so did she. But here comes the push again. All of a sudden, Myungsoo stopped talking to her. He started being cold to Aerim and this irritated her badly. She would talk to him but he would try to end the conversation quick. Being Aerim, she didn't ask why and so, she gave up. She didn't bother him anymore. The reason is that he's heart was starting to beat quickly whenever he's near her and he's getting all shy. He didn't want to like her and was denying it because he wasn't ready.
And so since then, they had been pushing and pulling. Sometimes, he can't stand not talking to her and would just greet her. Other times, he would avoid her because he was shy. On the other hand, Aerim doesn't know she likes him either. She just knows that she feels happy to see him and hurt whenever he ignores her. Aerim's really casual about this though.

Personality: On the outside, he's full of good looks and iness but he's actually a silly guy. To be more straight forward, he's a pabo. He's not quick-witted and is just a cute and funny guy. He's also a friendly person and is really simple-minded. He's childish and immature but caring and protective of those he cares about. However, he can get jealous and angry easily. He's can be like a kid, childish and annoying. When he's mad, he'll keep himself away from others or throw small trantrums. 

How they met?: Thunder talked about Aerim sometimes infront of Lee Joon and so he got interested about her. He asked him to call her and so Thunder called her and put it on speakers. That's when they first had their conversation. Lee Joon then asked Thunder to ask her out because he was curious about her (and he find her pretty). He asked her out and met her at a restaurant with Thunder.

Interactions: Lee Joon was first afraid of talking to Aerim. But after plucking up all his courage, he could finally talk to her. He would often look for her and when they meet, he would smile widely and shower her with love. Aerim could tell that Lee Joon is a little weird whenever he's with her and she's suspecting something but his friends say his weird all the time. She treats him like a friend. Just a simple friend. One that she doesn't talk to much, one that she wouldn't worry too much about. When they meet, she would just greet him and walk off. But Lee Joon would follow her around until she has to go.

Trainee years: 5 years

Trainee life: She trained for 5 years. Her time in SM Ent was a different world to her. Because she had always been all about "Hip-Hop", the only Ent she was wishing to go was YG. She auditioned but wasn't accepted. Then she got scouted into SM one day, she didn't want to go at first but then she wanted to become a singer. She decided to go and try her luck. Unexpectedly, she was accepted.. She didn't make any friends in the first year. She hide herself from many people because she was shy. After being introduced to the members, she opened to a few friends. However, it wasn't everyone that she talked to. It was just one or two friends but it was good enough. Because of her cold looks, she was often judged by the other trainees. Some of them didn't like her at all. Aerim was just as competitive back then. She would try and be better than the other trainees, while they did the same. The trainers thought that she was a singer and rapper but her dancing wasn't amazing. She was good at it but since it was her first time dancing, she often messes the dance up. The trainers were determined to help her dancing and so, they often make her do the hardest dance. They gave her extra practice, sometimes till 2am in the morning. Ever since Aerim was accepted as a trainee, she became really determined on becoming a singer. She practiced as hard as she could even if it tiring. Only after two years was she able to dance properly.

• (If she gets chosen) During SMTown Concerts (the ending, Hope) she has fell and sprained her ankle but she insisted on staying and so, Eunhyuk carried her around. She was so embarrassed she kept covering her face with a toy that the fan threw onto stage.
• Once during practice, there were some dorky members playing around. she asked the dorky members to stop fooling around but they were having so much fun they ignored her. Because their performancce was near, she got really mad and yelled at them. 
• Baekhyun and Aerim fought and they didn't talk for a week. 
(Aerim said something about Baek's bias in SNSD, Taeyeon that he didn't like. All Aerim said was "Taeyeon sunbaenim ignored Jessica unnie. What happened?" and Baek was a little taken aback. He then argued back in an angry tone saying, "Jessica ignored Taeyeon too." Aerim didn't like the way he snapped at her so things got ugly from there. But they made up after wards.
