Marking a story Rated M doesn't mean ...

Yeah. I remember once when I was still updating my Kai fic, a reader asked me "where's the ?"

I answered. "I'm sorry but I have no plan in making a chapter for this story."

And the reader's reply? "Then why are you marking this a Rated M?"

At the back of my head, I was like "Marking a story Rated M doesn't mean there should be a chapter."

I was greatly astonished I cried.

Okay. lol.

Sometimes stories are marked M because of major use of cuss words, gore/extreme violence, abuse both physically and emotional, etc. Rated M does not automatically mean there's going to be scenes in your fic O_O I don't get readers that think that.

There could be a ton of reasons why you marked your fic as M.

Rated M may mean violence, vulgarities or being abused. It doesn't have to be . You don't have to cry over such matter. The person is not obliged to read your story if there isn't any in it. The person can always look for other stories with what he/she wants in it.
