I'm under the impression that they dated and are broken up now. Some sites say that they're dating, but others are saying 'dated.' But most are saying that they've been 'estranged' for a few months and knowing how busy Myungsoo is and how long distance relationships work out most of the time, I'm pretty sure they aren't dating anymore, due to various reasons.
