Jayden is a cool guy. As you can see by his looks, he hardly even smile. Although other girls want to know more about him, when they see his cool personality, they quickly run away. He is helpful too. When s are having trouble, he is the first one to help them. As a leader, he is caring towards s and always asked about their how-being and knows them better. Because he knows that he is their leader, and a leader's job is to take care of the members like a family. Jayden is also strict. Sometimes the members will get scared if he's angry because he is really scary. So they'll do what he said. The company also chosed him as the leader because he had the personality of a leader. The managers also less worried to Retro-B because they have the least problem and follow the rules. He can be funny or talkative if he has the mood to do that.
A leader should have some weakness or flaws. He likes being the boss. He likes to pit people against one another, because he thinks that motivates them to do their best. Jayden only respects bigger, badder leaders with more power, or peers who will go toe-to-toe with him. If he smells weakness, beware. He also loves to control people. Jayden was born in Malaysia. His father is a korean and mother is a chinese who lived in Malaysia. He is borned into a strict family with excellent academics background. Since little, as a eldest in the family, he felt a lot of pressure within him. Jayden thinks that he need to become the best of the best and becomes a good example to his beloved sister. Until he was 10 years old, he thinks that he need to be independent. Rellying on family too much is a bad sign to improve his studies. So he told his parents his plan aboout going to study overseas. His parents approved and he went to South Korea studying in one of the boarding school. He started to have interest on music when he participated a music club in the school. He realised that playing music can release stress that he is having.

Mina is a fun and bubbly girl. You can say that she is the happy virus in the group. She is also kinda forgetful of what other people calling her to do. Despite this, all the member have to always remind her. Although she thinks that they are annoying and babbling, she can't blame them because it's her fault. She is kind and helpful. She willing to help anyone who is on danger. Especially Jayden, the one she loves. She will do anything to protect him.

To Jayden, Mina is a pretty girl. Her cute and happy personality makes him melt when he is stress or angry. So basically Jayden will find her everytime when he is angry or stressed. During AOA recent comeback with a y image, Mina will use that to "seduce" Jayden and let him realise her more. Jayden too will acted like he is completely dazzed by her beauty hence doing some skinships with her. Of course, he didn't do overly skinships with her because he knows that they are not couples but just best friends. He didn't know that Mina actually had a big crush on him and wanted to make him her man.
