somehow i found this beautiful piece of masterpiece late. but im not surprised since is unlisted. no wonder i couldnt find it if i searched youtube.

hmm... not a big surprise really, since MYNAME never once dissappoint me. well, maybe except for Just that little thing, but that song only took me two listens to get to me. i usually fell completely in love immadiately after seeing the teaser, heck, i started to get into them when i watched their DEBUT STAGE on mbank (i kid you not). really, they're the first ever group to actually have that effect on me.

and their japanese releses are usually better than their korean ones, the song above being one of the evidence. i mean, heir japanese album "WE ARE MYNAME" is almost equivalent to ZE:A's Spectacular, in whch all the tracks are awesome and worth your time. my personal favourite is "Read between the lines and You're waiting for me.

i love that this song is basically just some piano and their fantastic vocals. and especially that 'darling darling ' part. it just sounds so much like someone comforting at the same time begging with melancholy and sadness. the chorus, instead of just having Gunwoo or Insoo singing alone, all of them singing together just make the emotions flow freely.

the part where the girl collapsed and broken glass is shown instead, just shows how broken she or they are (im no philosopher just saying stuff) and that she cant be put together or in other words, she wont return or easier explanation, they wont get her back. as the title states, (Shirayuki means white snow) the mv is white and grey and just... melancholic. i guess. it makes everything in the pv seem like a dream, a memory.

though of course there a few flaws, albeit a bit. the most prominent one is, why oh why give JunQ those english lines ? its not a rap. its not a singing part either. its just... some english lines. sure it makes the song more melancholic and such, but youre only giving him that ? at least give him a singing solo line. sure he's the rapper and i admit i have never searched him singing BUT im sure he could do fine.

but hey, at least Chaejin got more than one line this time. and he's improved. hell yeah he has (though he's still the literal baby xD)
