There was a rumor that there was a petition going around to exempt EXO from military service. It was said that around 400,000+ fans petitioned for it.
EXO had been put into a bad light because of that rumor.

So the biggest fan cafe of EXO went to clear things up and revealed that no petition has been found.
It's not true :) the said 400k+ signatures OR said petition is unfounded.
