1.       What got you into Kpop?

BIGBANG, but all they did was lead me towards SUPER JUNIOR, basically I was given a link to a comedy parody of one of Bigbangg’s song ‘Haru’(?) and while watching that I caught the title “SJ- Sorry sorry on the side and I was like ‘hey that sounds interesting let’s check it out’

And then BOOM, I entered a new world, seriously good looking men walking to and fro and it was hard to pick just who I wanted to get a better look at. I admit the first two to catch my eye were Kyu and Siwon and from there on Kyu was the one I would look forward to seeing more, as I went along watching every show SJ’s been on ( I still think I have not possibly watched every single show they have been on) but major ones like Adonis camp, SJ mini drama series, EHB, Fullhouse, intimate note etc.

It was as if they were waiting for me to find them

and once i did, there they were looking fantastic as if saying ' oh hello there~'

UHM, So yes, ever since then ( I saw the Sorry sorry vid somewhere in mid-2010, so the talk of ‘someone’ leaving the group had me confused but I educated myself on whatever troubles surrounded the boys) it has truly been only SJ for me, of course through SJ I did get to ‘meet’ other groups like U-kiss, MBLAQ, Ailee and the rest of the groups under SM ent, but they didn’t get me like SJ did, so the rest of the groups have 1 or 2 songs that I do enjoy, other than that SJ is SJ and I just never felt this way about any other people.

2.       Who is your ultimate bias off all time?

If you can’t guess yet, I swear I tend to make these things become obvious, I just can’t hide things well >.< It’s Donghae. Surprised? No? Good. There is a whole story to just how it ended up being Donghae. So in case you’re not interested to read that story you can jump to the next answer in 3.2.1 go :). (Edit: wow it got long, no surprise there)

So, Donghaek, or am I not supposed to call him that, I think as long as Hyukjae ( that brat) does not reveal what it truly means I’ll steer clear. Donghae, I knew he existed in the group of course, in fact in my early days of being an Elflet or baby elf I would confused Sungmin for Donghae ( so it was a rather funny moment when I finally got to a show they all introduced themselves, I paused and replayed, then proceeded to laugh at myself.) I also confused Hyukjae to be Leeteuk’s blood-brother, due to misunderstanding the term Hyung ( more laughing at myself ( all in good fun, I’m not negative about myself)) I also didn’t understand what Elf or Eunhae meant ( and boy did I get to know ;3 )

Woops I got distracted, so Donghae caught my eye in a special way when he appeared on the last Episode of SJ foresight, since they had that long stay in China and he had to film the Drama ‘Skip Beat’ and of course for that he had already gone to a gingerish blonde but not exactly.

and wow did he rock it.

After catching my interest /greatly/ I investigated the hunk, watching vids reading fancams but that’s not it. I was already looking into what ‘EunHae’ was and I had already been watching eunhae fancams and moments off-stage, even in shows they were ‘coupled’ and calling each other besties and and oh how can I forget ‘ can I hit him with my lips’ but he was not exactly able to shake Kyu off as my top bias ( slowly it was turning out that Hyuk and Leeteuk would momentarily jump to my top bias, so I was not even sure if Kyu was my ultimate number one, the whole first year of being elf was simply a tussle, constant switching of ‘oh he’s my fav’ I practically loved everyone) I still love everyone, just that now I’m sure just who is my fav. Donghae lured me in with that ginger hair and smoking hot character he played in skip beat, meanwhile I was looking at his –out-of-character side, listening to members talking about him, listening to him talk and just everything about him was capturing me more and more. He can switch from being a deep wise guy who has learned his lessons in life to this adorable clumsy heart breaker or just standing there and looking perfect. Argh, don’t get me started it’s certainly not just his looks, his interviews, his habit of wanting to talk and listen to people, his wit, humor, friendliness, sensitivity and so so so so soooo much more.

Lee donghae is just so much more than what he allows us to see, I feel we tend to construct an whole identity of what he or any other member is, but just listening to him talk of matters shows that there is so much more to this person that we might or might not ever get to know.

      3.Do you dislike anyone in the Kpop industry? If yes, who?

Saved this one to be answered last.  I won’t say ‘dislike’ I mean I tend to have this approach of ‘we all enjoy different things, we have different tastes so let’s just let others enjoy what they do’ so yeah as long as it’s not being shoved in my face or intruding with what I like/ love (SJ) I don’t dislike anyone. On days when there is a bit too much exo on my dash and it gets between my SJ posts ( on tumblr) I just start scrolling past real fast hhehe. Or even shine. But as I said somewhere up in the answer to the first question I do have some exo songs I like as well as Shinee’s, I’ve even watched Shinee’s Episodes of ‘hello baby’. I used to think of these rookie groups as waste of space and unnecessary but then I reasoned that even they had dreams and there are people who look at them as I look at SJ, so there is never really a point at holding a grudge or having something against, even disliking someone or some group for a certain concept in mv or dressing or dance or just for being there. A lot of people who were Elf turned exo and you know what, it’s fine. In the end of the day they are all humans with their won dreams, their lives actually don’t effect ours and when they do move on in their lies or perhaps don’t promote as much, what will those fans do who end up making their whole life all about a certain idol group who perhaps don’t even know those fans exist? All I’m saying is, yes indeed our respective idols make our lives happier, add a bit more smiles and things to look forward to, but always keep your life priorities clear J ( hard to do with brats like SJ around but hey they have taught me lessons in patience and consistency, hard work and struggle, love and loving) and I’m so glad I found them ^.^

4. Your ultimate OTP`?

I love their natural flow of feelings ofr each other, since they are more natural off-cam and sometime on cam, love it

 EunHae. When I started to learn about them, individually as well as a pair I felt that there was surely such an amazing bond in between them, I went through ‘um’ to envy to cherishing them, of course we all would love to have someone that we could love and loves us back like Eunhae feel for each other. Now I’m not going to bring out any term to try defining what they have, something are best left undefined, gives space for it to grow or diminish and that helps you not get disappointed. With time I just hope their bond simply grows as is best for them. They manner in which they speak of each other in the presence or absence of the other the way they simply /be/ with each other. It’s all amazing, that’s why I say  I ship them as much as they ship themselves, just /how/ exactly do they ship themselves? I can’t say. Because just like other human beings change or alter over time ,so do they, I can’t possibly put a ‘tag’ there. I think I conveyed this feeling even in one of my fics, can you guess which one it is? :D

Eunhae just make me /happy/ about life, people, my own current friends, I might have made a mistake to think that I could easily reach that level of sincerity with one of my friends that eunhae have with each other, but then I learned not to push it, take whatever friendship gives you and cherish that very well. I should stop before this turns into an essay.

           5. Your top 3 OTP list?

1. Eunhae, in every single sense that is out there, if I’m being vague then here: romantic, just brothers, die hard besties 5ver,  used to be something and now something else, whatever their relationship has/have/will ever be. These boys have the power in them to touch the hearts of strangers. I don’t think escaping them will be easy ( heck I showed a non k-pop friend some eunhae vids and she was hooked. She’s a full time elf and kpoper now mwahaha.

Then secondly comes the ultimate bro-otp, Hyukmin, I know a lot of them ship them romantically, but as for me, when I look through their history together, from being just students and how they stuck together, the bus rides, the waiting for each other, every single thing. It just comes as entirely and brilliantly loveable and fantastic to me, they are just such brilliant brothers.

Thirdly comes the daddy-figure and ‘kid’ otp, Teukie and donghae. I’ve always had this special spot fro Leeteuk, I think he’s one of the best looking in SJ, he can rock any look and attire and he’s seriously grown to be a very understanding and good human ( from all that we get to see, of course I can never know just who leeteuk truly is unless I by some miracle become a very close friend) he’s been too stressed and hasty lately, before he left for army ( I swear that was the toughest moment, seeing him go but I knew why he had to and I’m waiting) I do hope the army time gives him a break to take a breather and realize that he can stop and sit down, he does not have to worry about things, or try making them happen. The bond between him and donghae is obviously strong, he’s talked of how Donghae’s father had that talk with him, to look after Hae. The way Hae feels for him, it certainly can’t be defined in words.

             6. Do you write FF, if yes, which OTP's?

AHAHAHAH

Lol, ok yes of course I do, pretty obvious why I’m on AFF to begin with! J and yes Eunhae is basically what I write because I feel I can actually write them, I  enjoy it very very much. I like to use kyumin as a side pairing at times only,

             7. What's your favorite Food?

ANYTHING SWEET AND CHOCOLATE.

Just not spicy chocolate, ( I know ,how absurd, why would there by spicy chocolate, but I did ‘see’ and taste some spicy chocolate sauce, it was awful, never again.) so yes anything chocolate, from ice-creams to cakes. I’m basically a sweet tooth so I go for the sweet stuff. Some people misunderstand and say ‘oh, you like the sugary taste’ and im like it’s not about the sugar or amount of sugar, even when I make coffee or a shake I put just appropriate sugar, enough to give it that nice pleasant hint of sweetness, but never to overpower the whole thing and just taste sugary, I honestly can’t consume that, so if im making a banana shake I would like to retain the banana’s flavor with just the right sweetness!

         8. Favorite 5 songs recently?

RECENTLY, well since the past few days I’ve been enjoying “Angela” by SJ, LifeHouse “you and me ( wedding ver)” Sam Tasui “make it up” “Bambina” By SJ and some more but since it says ‘5’ I’ll stop here.

       9. Are you looking forward to anything right now? If yes, then what?

I actually am, to gifts that Dad will be bringing from the U.S of A and I’m slightly looking forward to a wedding function I’m going to in some hours OH AND MY BIRTHDAY hahaha It’s on 11^th NOVEMBER and before that, a few days before mine is a friend’s bday so I’m looking forward to make a collaborated celebration plan with her!! ^^ a few days after my bday is my mum’s!! so lots of cake hah! And hopefully gifts! But heck lots of cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        10. Have you been to any concerts at all?

YES I HAVE, once it was a local rock band which almost got internationally popular called E.P, I think their inspiration was LINKIN PARK and Creed. They don’t perform anymore though aaannd probably disbanded. I also went to an Indian singer’s concert who visited here for some event.

         11. Favorite pet and favorite actor? (random, i know ^v^ )  ------------------> HAVE FUN!

Every animal aside from reptiles and some toher exceptions  is my fav, but numberone on the list, the cats sit on the throne like the kings and queens they are, I in fact have seen cats as pets in my house all my life so even now I have two ginger male kittens. I had their grandfather then their mother and now them! Family tree indeed.
