i had it like once where one of the corners of my album was dented. and one of my cd cases had a crack in it. so far no other problems. and ive spent like a grand ordering off there so. so far so good. and for damaged items they are usually really good with giving a credit or replacing the item

Never has happened to me. If your merch is damaged, then it's most likely the postal service. They're usually the ones to blame for situations like this.

I order from there a lot, but that case has never happened to me. I agree with jundooseob; it may be because of handling purposes from your post office.

Ah. I think the handling by your local post office is what does that. From what I know, Yesasia takes care of it.
