Style: More than everything, Yura loves being comfortable in her clothes. Skinny jeans, shorts, oversized tees and large shirts are among her favorite clothes. She still loves girly clothes though, especially high-waisted skirts, flowery dresses and leather jackets and bags. Avid of jewelry, especially rings and earrings. Her favorite shoes are flats and ankle boots but she also owns high heels and high tops/sneakers and is quite versatile when it comes to clothes.

Personnality: Calm, sweet and blunt would be the three most used words to describe Yura. Quite an original combo, don’t you think? Yura is still a kid at heart, a bit naive, a sweet girl who thinks she can make people change and that everyone has a good side which leads her to being used by the wrong people sometimes. Her curiosity and the fact she wants to help everyone doesn’t help.

A good listener and observant, Yura is the perfect person to talk to. Loyal, she helps and protects her friends with all her heart but doesn’t like conflicts and knows when to bow down. Insecure (has actually a fear of being abandoned), she can be needy sometimes and envious of people.

Yura is quite wary and shy with strangers, she doesn’t like being under the spotlight and actually think her life is boring. Though, in the company of her close unit of friends, she transforms into a different person - a loud, joking, bubbly girl who loves skinship, being hugged and having her hair played with. Her bluntness can lead her to problems, she thinks that honesty is more important than protecting people’s feelings but never wants to hurt anyone intentionally and feels really bad when it happens.

Family: 

Choi Hyunmin, 43 years old; father, alive, editor-in-chief in a publishing company - understanding, distant, nice - Yura and her dad are trying to bound again and are often spending nights together watching old movies from the 60’s, one of their passion, in order to reconnect. Nice and chill, he can be strict sometimes (especially when it comes to schoolwork) but he tries to understand his children and take care of them and to mend their relationships.

Choi Yuri, 38 years old, mother, deceased, business woman - sweet, classy, sharp - Yura and her mother used to be very close before she died while giving birth to her younger brother, 7 years ago. Yuri was a classy, sweet woman to her family and loved ones but had a temper when she was mad and had a sharp tongue if needed, especially towards her business partners. 

Choi Hyunshin, 9 years old, brother, alive, in elementary school - cute, innocent, imaginative - a cute elementary school kid, both siblings are really close, Yura tries to be a feminine presence in her brother's life. Cute, he always plays with his toys, especially cars and soliders and really hates vegetables. Loves pororo, cartoons and his family more than everything. 

Background: Born into a wealthy family, thanks to her mom who was from a really well known family in Korea and her dad being well off, Yura always had everything she wanted as a child. Far from being spoiled and isolated or neglected, Yura was a bright, cute child and the Choi family was actually a really happy family. Everything started going wrong when her mother died giving birth to Hyunshin, her brother. Her dad hit a rough patch and started ignoring his kids, resulting in Yura and Hyunshin’s grandparents taking care of them and acting as a parental figure.

In order to not drown in self-pity and sorrow, after two long years of depression, her dad started working again and is now trying to patch things up with his kids. They both moved back with him in a mansion in the outskirts Seoul but Yura really suffered from her father’s comportment and has troubles adjusting. Though they’re trying to reconnect and be a family again, Yura suffers from having be neglected and abandoned by her dad when she was younger and in need of her dad's love and has now developped a phoebia of being abandoned and neglected by people she loves.

She doesn’t think he was being genuine but just being the way he is with all the girls… and Yura isn’t ready to be left alone when he will find a prettier, cuter, nicer girl.
