- why designers who have talent are now being burried 

So, just a quick shoutout to the designers who are talented by has never really got the praise they deserve. I LOVE YOU. ( I use to word "love" too easily .. hahaha -_-) But I know the feeling. So shall we get started?

There are ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, that one (or more) designer(s) that never get the praise, and attention they deserve. Like, okay, I know some of the designers out there are REALLY cool and they don't care for the attention, I get that, but even though they're like that, honestly who wouldn't like some attention and some praises every once in awhile. I mean, that's what gets them to keep doing what they're doing. The reason shops fail is because they don't get the support they yearned for (lol, that's not the ONLY reason, but that's one). 

I'm not naming designers, but I personally know some who aren't getting the attention they deserve. Instead, they're being pushed down and away because another designer can make her poster all gif like and all, but gif posters aren't even all that, tbh. It's just distracting. Like, to me, if I see that your poster is a gif poster, I will spend more time watching your little gif then reading your foreword. But, I don't know, that's just me.

A N Y W A Y , 

It's nice to recieve praise. So the next you see that a shop has updated, leave a comment below, letting them know your thoughts/praise, it really does make their day. Unless they some snotty people, then ... that's tough, but it's still really nice.
