I think you should just friend or subs post it just so you can share the story

I don't really think the author will actually sue you in all honesty (or even find out for that matter) but what I do know is that posting published books usually constitute as plagiarism and therefore is against aff rules here. I wouldn't recommend posting it here unless you're prepared with the possibility of getting your account removed. Your best bet would probably be psoting it at the DGH forums, or some private blog :P :) Good luck~~
