PROTECT THE BOSS (Help: Qs)

I'M SOOOO CONFUSED RIGHT NOW...

okay...so I'm trying to watch PTB, and I kinda fast forwarded the eps...so I WOULD REALLY LIKE SOME HELP UNDERSTANDING WHATS GOING ON! (From ep 1 to ep 8)

Okay...so Jaejoong (Moo won) kisses Na Yoon in Ep 5...but:

Q1) Is it because he likes her? and is annoyed that she doesnt feel the same OR is he just trying to comfort her?

Q2) Then like the next day, after he's rejected...he (Moo Won) confesses to Eun Seol...WHY? 

Q3) ....it's isnt a question...it's more a statement...My heah hurts from trying to understand this drama. So any help or ideas would be appreciated!

hiya...from what i understand, moowon actually likes nayoon, bu she likes the hero instead (forgot his name). he still likes her even after nayoon broke up with the hero.i think he even confessed to her but she tell him that she still likes the hero n wants him back. so after that he started to see how wonderful a person eunsol actually is,how nice n kind..n he opened up his heart for her.he fell for eunsol.n eunsol actually liked him too at first. but she somehow realised that they were worlds apart n by that time she started to have feelings for her boss.hahahahaa.kinda complicated,huh?
