i am not against comments on fics, but lately a lot of author has been doing drastic changes by friend lock their fics, deleted their fics. for me its too harsh for the reader. the reason for not commenting on the fics, reader should comments on every chapter i something harsh for me.                                                                  

                   well, i am also an author, i am also waiting for comments by the readers or the subscribers but its not my right to force them though. i am not a known writer but seeing there people reading my story that i fight for sleep to update, i stil feel satisfied.                                                                                                                        

                    it is okay to 'subscribe-only' the story, but friend lock is a big problem! moreover the author need the friend keep commenting on every chapter, if not you will be removed from their friend list. i have been in tis situation, and truthfully its hurt alot. i understand that every author has their own way in managing their fics. but the way these author managing has hurt a lot readers feelings.
