I had to write a narrative in english and well this was it... Should I expand on it and possibly make a story? Please tell me what you think and what I should fix! Thanks!!!

                         Three months… It had been three months since Kris and I parted ways, I wanted to let him pursue his musical career and SM entertainment was strict. So strict that all new artists have a no dating rule. The last three months had been hard, but I’d managed to distract my mind with work and school. That day though it was especially hard to forget, that day December 30^th would have been our 2^nd anniversary. I set out early to go meet my girlfriends at a karaoke room to quote un quote, let go. I stepped outside and the brisk winter air flowed through my hair and turned my cheeks a crimson red. I zipped up my coat and took a sip of my coffee. I was halfway to the place when a lump was caught in my throat. Right in front of me was Kris and his eleven band members. I looked at him as he looked at me and he smiled the smile I knew all too well. I saw in his eyes that he was truly happy and he was where he needed to be. For the first time in three months I genuinely smiled. I walked past him as did he me, not one word was said but I was happy. Even though it was a challenge I managed to move on that day, I let him go and he managed to move on as well.
