Misunderstanding

TOP grunted as he allowed his head to drop back against the window with a soft thunk. He had already left the other male three texts asking him where he was and why it was taking so long. 

“He has to be dead.” Seunghyun growled as he brought up his cellphone and stared at the blank text box; he still didn’t message him back. Anger was getting the best of him and he once again sent another text,

“ Do you want to die?”

The bell on the restaurant door sounded and a waiter came out just as the cellphone text went through. The little check mark on the side saying it was delivered without error.

“Um- excuse me, sir?” Came the soft male voice, “Were you planning on coming inside?”

TOP’s eyes shifted on the shy looking male and he rose, feeling his own cheeks heating in embarrassment and annoyance. He had waited outside so long the wait staff was now even asking him what he was planning to do.

“I’m sorry, I was waiting for someone.” He apologized, bowing politely. Anger seethed through him, his eyes shifting on the phone which was still in his palm and still silent. Daesung was going to stiff him and didn’t even have the ing courtesy to send him a text to tell him why?

The shy younger male nodded and bowed apologetically, “We’re about ready to close. I just didn’t want you to wait too long.”

Seunghyun eyed the smaller male and forced a smile as he bowed once again. “How long until it closes?”

The boy blinked as he ran his pale hand through his hair nervously, “ five minutes, Sir. The kitchen is closing now.” He turned and looked back inside, waving to the voice which muffled something through the doors. “Yes, everything is closed.”

Seething anger.

TOP shifted as he rose turned toward the parking Lot. “Hey, thanks, I guess I’m just going to go then. They must have been busy.”

“I’m sorry about your friend.” The boy called, the bell sounding not long after as the door closed.
