School, Exhaustion, and The Masquerade
Okay, so where I live, your second to last year of high school is by far the hardest. That is the year you have the most homework and the hardest classes. That is the year I'm currently in (only one more year left after this though, fighting~) Now, let's add the fact that I'm in Honors classes, Gifted/Accelerated classes, and AP (College) classes. Now let's also not forget my extracurriculars: band, soccer, track and field, and academic activities. So now I hope you all can understand why I'm too exhausted to keep up my promise of adding two chapters a week to "The Masquerade". And I truly do feel guilty that I won't be able to keep up that promise.
However, I promise, promise, promise that I am NOT, I repeat, NOT, abandoning the story. I love writing it for you guys as much as you all love reading it. It kills me that I won't be able to update as much as I'd like due to all the school work I have. Please, I'm begging, don't get upset with me and don't give up on the story. I promise that I will keep updating until the story has run its course and ends (which I'm hoping won't happen for a very long, long time). So as I said, don't give up on the story and don't give up on me. I'm not abandoning it, just slowing it down.
On the positive side, it finally got 50+ subscribers which makes me so happy. ^_^
